We had a log cabin for one night. The log cabin was really nice, but there were a few little things that left a somewhat unloving impression: a window was broken and couldn't be closed securely, the refrigerator was extremely icy, the handwashing dispenser was empty, there was thick dust on the glass shelves in the restaurant, etc Coffee machine...These are all little things that, in my opinion, don't have to be there.However, the staff was very nice and there is a great children's playground on site!

Very fairly priced ski resort hotel nearby a legendary restaurant (Timberjacks)
Rooms were spacious, clean and we'll equipped (we've never seen those shoe cleaning devices before)

Unfortunately, we didn't pay attention to the fact that the hotel rooms that belong to the resort do not have air conditioning. Not a dream at a humid 29 degrees.Cleanliness of the room satisfactory.The throw on the bed was broken.Shower screen not attached properly, it's best not to touch it.The receptionist must have had a bad day and didn't understand the subtle question about whether we could get a room that wasn't facing the motorway.The location is great if you are either in the snow dome or just passing through. There are many eating options around it, all of which can be reached on foot within 10 minutes or the direct restaurant at the snow dome.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to go to the Heidepark and also very good for other excursions.Prices are okay.Help is available at reception.

Super nice here.Perfect accommodation for mom/dad and max. 2 children. Even the dog has his own bowls there, as well as a few treats as a greeting.The breakfast is rich and there are endless activities within walking distance, such as Ralf Schumacher kart track, Timberjacks, etc.

Small cute cabins with small terrace.Beds not so comfortable. Small windows and it is not easy to ventilate well. The air in the bathroom and toilet is stuffy and unpleasant.

Rustic log cabin, conceptually well done and actually comfortable. However, it wasn't really clean (spiders and their webs, dust on the logs of the walls) and was visibly old. Unfortunately, the complex as a whole (parking lot, playground) seems a bit neglected, and maintenance and care show deficiencies overall. It's a shame, the concept itself is interesting. The location is relatively quiet considering its proximity to the motorway, and the staff were friendly and helpful.The facility definitely deserves better management.

Dirty, untidy room (log cabin, towels lying on the floor and toilet paper rolls), crumbs and dog hair everywhere and a strong smell of dog urine (as if a male dog had marked something there). Noise level is okay despite being close to the motorway with the windows closed. Nice reception. We were just passing through, definitely too expensive for that.

Very nice and cozy log cabin. The highlight was the prepared dog corner. Heart most loving. Beds too hard for my taste. Unfortunately there was also something wrong with the water pipe in the house. It was running the whole time. We always had to turn them off. Oh well. Location not ideal for me as a bad sleeper as you can hear the highway next to it. If that doesn't bother you, you should sleep well. Breakfast top, staff more than accommodating and friendly.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Room facing the highway. Bed furnished, but not clean. Windows dirty with cobwebs from last year. The curtain had big stains. The stairwell hadn't been cleaned for a long time. I wouldn't have expected the reception in a Hofbräuhaus either. The staff is poorly trained and cannot handle open criticism. The guest is either just stupid or stupid. My conclusion is just let it be.

Good location for excursions into the area and visiting the ski hall/other attractions in the immediate vicinity (kart track, the crazy house, adventure land). Modern rooms, house/corridors more youth hostel style, highway very loud when the window is open (close the windows soundproof), no elevator, 2nd floor very warm in warm temperatures despite the fan in the room.

We were repeat offenders and booked the accommodation consciously. The log cabins are really beautiful and something different. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always trying hard and competently, even with spontaneous changes. We would book here again and then take a log cabin again. We compare it to 2021 and noticed that the cabins are slowly getting old and the ravages of time are gnawing in one corner or another. In the feedback discussion we were told that the huts were gradually being renovated.

“Adventure” with a difference. The facility is very old. We had booked a night in the log cabin, I have never experienced anything so bad.The first log cabin was terrible and an imposition. The bathroom was moldy, the door was swollen, the joints in the floor tiles were no longer there. The shower door was totally broken and dirty. It wasn't vacuumed, there were still bread crumbs everywhere, not to mention cobwebs and dust.The second log cabin's bathroom was fine. Still, cobwebs and dust everywhere. The fireplace no longer had a glass pane. Later in the evening, water damage in the wardrobe was very spectacular. As soon as you used the faucet or shower, everything dripped down the ceiling. There was no emergency number or anything like that. So no one could be reached and we were left with the problem. So I didn't sleep well at night either.It hasn't been cleaned for a long time and a basic cleaning and renovation should be carried out. It's a disgrace to check in guests at all.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and listened to our complaint.It was also very nice that the price was waived and we were “invited”. The boss then wanted to call us again, but we are still waiting in vain.
