+ Simple but very practical rooms with a mini kitchen (sink, large refrigerator with freezer, hobs, pot, pan, kettle, plates, cups, bowls, water glasses and cutlery for two people) and a generously sized bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).Large parking space in front of the house.Public transport connection every hour (350 m)- WiFi is available but not permitted; partly no internet connection.I missed a (coffee) pot.! Opening the door with your cell phone! This means you shouldn't forget it, lose it or let the battery drain.Heating control is only possible by opening the door.Only recommended for hikers in dry weather as there is no place to dry wet things.There is no staff on site, no kitchen, canteen, drinks or snack machines.

Booking was suddenly canceled shortly before arrival, supposedly a booking came in that was preferred?!🤷🏻♂️ Then a week-long odyssey began to get your money back. Hard to reach by phone, but if you can, it's super unfriendly, no response to emails or only standard answers (they take care of it). CAUTION, or better yet, keep your distance!!

Booking and opening the room via smartphone went smoothly.The rooms are modern and clean. The only problem with our visit was that after running the water for a minute, the shower was completely flooded and the water already covered the entire bathroom floor because the drain was blocked. Otherwise everything was great and the price-performance ratio was right👍

We were also "lucky" that the room for our short trip was brazenly canceled by the hotel chain shortly before arrival - mind you, after almost 400km of travel and when we booked a good 2 months in advance!We contacted the hotline of our booking service provider directly while we were still on the move. They couldn't explain it either and immediately opened a complaint case so that we could book a better hotel at no extra charge and at least still go on vacation.What I don't understand, however, is that if our room was canceled due to alleged overbooking, then suddenly one was available again?!🤔🤷🏻♂️ But well, with so much dubiousness on the part of the hotel chain, there's no way we'll ever get one here again Make a booking! It cost us a lot of nerves, a lot of time because we had to make a number of phone calls during the journey and therefore a precious day of vacation, no thanks!!😡 And then the spelling in the terms and conditions alone indicates a lack of competence.Edit #1:Even five days after this campaign, the hotel chain shows no reaction, decency or any other interest in a professional solution! The administration seems to be either mercilessly overwhelmed or, just like the reception, non-existent. The only thing you want to gain here is time, a lot of time🤷🏻♂️Edit #2:Seven days or a whole week have now passed and I called them again. Again there is a young lady on the other side of the line who is not particularly nice but will probably really pass on the case this time. At least I actually have a first one!! Received an answer and confirmation that the amount will now be refunded, WOW. The bad thing about it is that even there they don't even bother to say a single apology or something similar to the paying customer or explain the circumstances! Really sad...Edit #3:After further consistent phone calls and emails, after almost two weeks, the refund was finally credited! Phew!! So if it happens like that always and for everyone, then good night...! But for free, in the future the chain will be avoided anyway!

The WMM hotel chain is our go-to when we are traveling for 1-3 nights and don't value luxury or ambience. Very new, clean and comfortable rooms at unbeatable prices. Particularly noteworthy are the box spring bed and the walk-in shower. Simply great!

The room was great 👍large comfortable bed, small kitchen adequately equipped, bathroom was also great... the only bad thing was that the rooms neither have a separate radiator nor air conditioning. When we were there it was over 30 degrees outside and so the nights were almost unbearable because the room got very hot and only air came inif you leave the windows and the main door open.Special thanks go to the good fairy of the house who ensures cleanliness and order....Thank you very much

We were at a party in Lasfelde and I thought to myself, before I call an expensive taxi, I would book a room at the OHA Hotel and that was the right decision. It was cheaper in terms of price, the rooms are well furnished and everything is there. what you need.The location, okay, is just an industrial area, the way to the location where the celebration took place was a 25-minute walk, but it's not a big deal.I can recommend it.

My stay at the WWM Hotel in Osterode am Harz was absolutely fantastic. The modern rooms are extremely stylish and offer the highest level of comfort. Every detail in the room is thought through and contributes to a pleasant ambience that makes the stay very relaxing.Another highlight is the impressive view that you can enjoy from the rooms. The picturesque surroundings offer wonderful views of nature, which is an unforgettable experience, especially at sunrise and sunset.Although the hotel does not have a traditional reception or on-site staff, the concept is excellently implemented. The check-in and check-out process is efficient and straightforward, making the stay very pleasant. Everything is well organized and works smoothly, so you can fully concentrate on your recovery.I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and thoroughly cleaned which made my stay even more enjoyable. A big compliment goes to the cleaning staff, who do an excellent job and are always very nice and helpful. A special thank you goes to Ms. Gothe, whose commitment and friendliness made my stay particularly pleasant.The price-performance ratio at the WWM Hotel is remarkable. The price is more than fair for the quality and comfort offered. Rarely have I experienced a hotel that offers so much value for money.Overall, my stay at the WWM Hotel was a thoroughly positive experience. If you are looking for modern, comfortable and well-organized accommodation in Osterode am Harz, you have come to the right place. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Since our arrival at the OHA Hotel we have repeatedly had various problems. On the first day we arrived we had to check in at 4pm and waited at the room door with all our suitcases for 45 minutes until the cleaning was completed. They never spoke to us, not even to tell us that the room was ready and that we could come in, let alone apologize for the delay. Later during the stay, water started entering the room and there was mud under the glass door. We first had to remove the mud so that everything didn't end up in the room. Every time we showered the entire room would fill with steam, even though the windows were open the entire ceiling of the room was wet from the steam coming from the bathroom. Every time we left the room we stayed outside for at least an hour because the virtual key didn't work. We speak neither German nor English and had to contact a person who could communicate in German on the phone twice to clarify the issue of access with the password. Last night we spent an hour and a half outside!! ! We had to travel and couldn't go in to get our bags. It's really a shame that we had such a stressful stay, we paid for 14 nights and didn't want to stay there the last night. We stayed every day because we were actually there for work and had no other choice. The WiFi didn't work. Aesthetically everything is very nice and the beds are very comfortable, but , We sent 2 emails with complaints and they didn't respond to us!
