The hotel is basically okay. However, everything in my room was broken. A hole in the wall, a broken lampshade and the cosmetic mirror and toilet brush will soon fall off the wall. It's enough just to sleep. The staff was really great, especially the gentleman who was on duty after work took care of you even before breakfast started! All in all, there is room for improvement :)

Extremely conveniently located on the A1 if you are passing through like we were. Our room was spacious and absolutely clean. The service made our stay pleasant with its friendliness and attentiveness and the breakfast was simply unbeatable.

Not really nice from the outside. But the inside is very nicely done, it's a hotel for travelers or business people. The rooms are very large and modernly furnished, great at first glance. But it's disgusting when you have to catch about 10 spiders, let alone the black spots on the walls from killing animals... The bathroom is large and modern, very nice... well the dust mice were flying around in the corners, but overall ok. The breakfast was ok, but not a highlight as others had described. Price performance but good...Nice receptionists who pointed out the small menu in the restaurant.But small, well...The employee told us that he was there alone and that he wasn't a cook. When asked, he explained to us that he uses cans...So I tried a pizza for around €11. Hmm after twenty minutes he served a pizza from the oven Probably Kaufland just... That doesn't work...Sorry, I say that to the guests and you should then consider closing the restaurant. No food to offer...

On the positive side, the staff at reception and in the breakfast area were very friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately, the room was negative, as the cleanliness and various defects made the stay not quite as great as desired.1. There were leftover blister packs of tablets and some cores on the floor.2. The floor apparently hadn't been mopped for a long time and we got rid of it with toilet paper and water.3. The toilet seat was an ejector seat because it was not fastened and you could see various cobwebs in the bathroom.4. The shower mixer lever had sharp edges due to a defect.5. Not enough lighting in the bathroom, as only the lighting above the mirror worked, so there was no working fan in the bathroom!6. Dust on the clothing shelves7. The shower head showed various traces of mold!

Lovely staff and clean hotel but pretty bad value for money. The rooms are expensive for the comfort they offer - they are warm (no AC) noisy and dated . Our room had a bed in a mezzanine with an elliptic staircase- awful if you have mobility issues. Cherry on the cake - it’s a motorway hotel so 99,9% pple would come with their cars and the hotel charges you 5 euros for an unprotected non gated car park… we often stop by Bremen and this is the worst hotel experience we have had in the region. I really do not understand the positive reviews I have read in here though

Were guests in transit.Less than 5 minutes from the motorway exit. Good location, as there are 2 fast food options next door, as well as a Kaufland, gas station and other options. Disadvantage: our room was directly opposite a truck parking lot. From 4 a.m. they gradually drove on tour and it was already loud with the windows open.Room very nice and tidy, the shower head was just leaking. Not so wild. No information can be given about the service and food.If we take another break while passing through, we'd be happy to stay here. Good price-performance ratio

Okay rooms but not friendly when you have to have breakfast which I found quite boring. .No fresh salad etc.No juice only apple juice.Not quite the top.I was unfortunately disappointed with the morning food.The room as such was fine enough. .But had a strong smell of cleaning agent took 2 hours to air out. .Before I, as an asthmatic, could breathe again..You should also know that it costs €5 to park per night and €20 with a truckIf you don't care about the mentioned things. .Is that fine? ???

I booked a single room for one night to attend a concert. It was on the 4th floor and was therefore quite warm. The tower fan provided was nice. When the windows are closed you can't hear the highway, but the hotel itself is quite noisy .I could hear conversations, coughing, toilets flushing, etc. in the neighboring rooms. But that's not a big deal for me. Unfortunately, the mattress was very sagging, the bed creaks when I lay it down and rolls over at night, the wall clock wasn't running, the lampshade on the bedside table is broken ...That's not really inviting and could be replaced and fixed. The room itself was quite clean and sensibly furnished for its small size. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep that well due to the bad mattress. It was for one night OK.

Super friendly and uncomplicated staff. Because of a broken door lock, we got a new room quickly and unbureaucratically and two drinks for free. Great reaction. Breakfast was delicious, great selection, eggs, sausage, cheese, fruit... everything was fresh.We would be happy to stay there again on our next trip.

The hotel didn't look very inviting from the outside, but the inside was beautiful. Bright entrance area, wheelchair accessible, always very nice staff. We received a very friendly welcome and were taken to the room in a shiny elevator. The rooms were very modern and very clean and well maintained. The slightly larger room for wheelchair users is highly recommended. I even really loved the bathroom. Breakfast was a very good price for €10. There was nothing to complain about at breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to the table for me as I currently use a walker. The atmosphere at breakfast was very pleasant and not loud. We were only passing through for one night, but we were thrilled.
