Service good, location unbeatable in the middle of the city and easily accessible. Otherwise it doesn't really say anything. Facilities somehow “totally modern and stuff” but nothing that sticks in your head. Rooms completely ok, but nothing special.

I faced racial discrimination during the check-in process. I stayed from 16.09-19.09. When I said I wanted online payment with the card I used to make the reservation, the counter staff said there was no way and ignored me and went on to do something else. She kept ignoring me when I asked her to call the manager. I found the manager by myself. When the manager tried to help me regarding online payment, the counter staff immediately handed me the documents for online payment. The wait time I had for check-in was 1 hour!! When I asked her why she said there was no way to pay online even though she could, she didn't even apologize. I won't name the staff here, but the hotel will be held accountable for this.

The hotel is 5 minutes by tram (town hall) and another 5 minutes on foot. There is also a bus that stops around the corner, but that was too much of a change for me.I was an hour early, but that wasn't a problem. There was a room available and I was even asked if I was okay with the third floor. The room is nice, large and modernly furnished. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub that can (also) be used as a shower.Internet is okay, but sometimes you get kicked out or it takes forever to get connected. There is probably a faster WiFi connection, but it is probably not offered. I tried to connect via this first, but the code was missing. The reception helped.Air conditioning available, but I can't say much in October. 😉It is noisy due to the proximity to the city center and the McDonalds, but the closed windows keep the noise out. You can hear every step from the other guests, consideration is also overrated. Basically it's quiet.Breakfast buffet was great, everything you need in the morning. Check out the photos. The breakfast room/corner, i.e. restaurant, is very nicely furnished with lots of different seating including a separate upper area in the photo. 😉It could be a bit cleaner, but this is complaining at a high level, it's about crumbs.

I really liked the hotel and would recommend it immediately if you could either open the windows or have the air conditioning work.We were there on a hot weekend and couldn't sleep at night because there was no air exchange or cooling. The hotel was in a quiet location and you could easily walk into the city.If you didn't want to have breakfast in the hotel, there were plenty of bakeries, pubs, etc. who also offered a variety of things from cheap to expensive. The bar was open late in the evenings, in addition to a freshly tapped beer you could get a lot more and you could pay with an EC card. You could always get a little something to eat or drink from a snack machine. The friendliness of the staff was perfectly fine and elevators always worked. You could have lifted the floor lamp in the room and vacuumed it in the corner, as the woolly mice were already noticeable, but otherwise it was clean. If the ventilation problem were solved, I would like to come here again, but definitely not.

Hotel inside soulless and typically American. Everything made cheaply but expensive prices. Service is practically non-existent. Breakfast for €16 was very primitive and without any claim to quality. The name “Budget” would be more appropriate than “Premier”
