I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and the facilities were excellent. Overall everything was great and I can only recommend the hotel!🌹😊

I had a really bad night there 2 weeks ago. The room smelled like someone had smoked inside and had bad ventilation. I also didnt receave my company bill yet. Would not recommend.

The trip was a disaster. I arrived at 11:45 p.m. to find that my room hadn't been cleaned. When I entered, it smelled terrible, and the sheets had obviously been used. The staff gave me a different room, but it was full of spiders and spiderwebs in the bathroom (I have photos to prove it). Disgusted, I requested another room. The new one was an improvement but was completely cold because they didn't have the heating on.I asked to pay for just the first night and then leave for another hotel, but they haven't agreed to my request yet. I can’t believe that I'm paying a premium of €370 (due to Hannover Messe period) for such poor service and a terrible customer experience. I'll never stay here again, and I can't recommend this place to anyone!

Positive: Rooms modernly furnished, clean, hygienic.Negative: Cancellation of bookings via many portals such as Check24 is not possible. Price a bit high considering no breakfast is offered. But since two people can travel for the same price, we found it ok. And it's a little outside. Bus and train nearby. But if you want to go to the trade fair, you should plan a travel time of at least 60 minutes, preferably 70-80 minutes for checking in at the trade fair. It's a little quicker by car, as the journey is delayed by many construction sites on the trade fair expressway. There is a Rewe supermarket next door with a bakery, but you can't really have breakfast there. Therefore, you should plan more time for this too.

I was in Hanover for the Agritechnica (trade fair). The accommodation is a little far away but the rooms and service are excellent. Check in and out is very quick, rooms are in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, very modern.

Really a top hotel!! Mega good equipment, everything at its best. The rooms are quite large with a double bed. The service is great, inquiries are processed directly by a nice lady. Breakfast is not offered here, which is not a problem for me personally. However, there is a great restaurant right next door that serves Turkish and Italian cuisine. 5m further is a Rewe. So no wish is left unfulfilled here! I'll definitely be back, thank you for the great service!!!
