Nice little hotel in the middle of the town center with clean rooms and a friendly boss. The food in the restaurant was good, a little more modern and a little more varied would be nice. We liked it very muchGrammes family

Almost 5 stars. The rooms I saw were newly renovated and clean (I saw 4 from the inside). Breakfast was good, the room we sat in was a bit uncomfortable because it was full. The organization was a bit uncoordinated. Booking.com reported 2 adults and 2 children 0-3. That's why we had one firstsmall room with 2 baby beds (my children are 6 and 13!). After some back and forth we ended up with a spacious room with enough beds. Unfortunately only 1 key per room. That being said, definitely a recommendation!

The hotel is good on the whole, we met with the construction work and it is not pleasant to wake up to the sound of the hammer, but in this case there is nothing else you can do.What can be changed is the noise of the cleaning equipment.Every morning I had to listen to the extensive conversations between them in the hallway from early in the morning, not to mention the sounds of cleaning other rooms. I think they should respect the customer's peace of mind more, no one is interested in privately listening to conversations at 8:00 for hours and eventually you can't sleep anymore.Good and plentiful food, no problems. The room, at least the one I was in, is very small and the walls are falling apart, in addition, since it was carpeted, the floor was quite dirty, with stains and a quite unpleasant smell, especially when you go to sleep the most the foul smellThe shower was renovated but there were 4 drips which made it difficult to shower comfortably. My bedroom window overlooked the back area where the goods come and go, breaks are also taken there, the smell of tobacco and its smoke permeated the room and it is quite unpleasant, not to mention the long conversations in a loud voice The cleaning team, I remember it is a hotel, people are sleeping and want to rest. The manager, very attentive and introverted, made the room more pleasant, a good man.

Breakfast is OK. However, the seating is badly damaged.Rooms are well furnished but everything is not very clean...hair in the pillow...there are still breadcrumbs and fluff from undefined things on the floor...from the outside it is still a construction site, new walls have been built but no plaster or cladding on them. ..confused cable routing from the satellite dish to the rooms, not very inviting...

The staff are very polite, but that doesn't excuse the condition of the room.-Many stains in the carpet-Everything is full of spider webs-Lots of spiders and mosquitoes in the room-Window cannot be closed-No warm water-The first moment you entered the room, you weren't sure whether the room had already been assigned to someone else because the bed hadn't been made properly-When you were lying in bed, you always had the feeling that everything was itching. (of course this could have been my imagination due to the general condition of the room)Of course, I immediately pointed this out to reception and the room was vacuumed again.Despite everything, you didn't feel comfortable in the room afterwards. And all this for a price of €94 per night. Absolute impudence

Room is just disgusting. Everything is dirty. from the stairwell to the floor and bathroom. There is dust everywhere. Hair was found in the beds. There are old, used things in the kitchen cupboards. It is in great need of renovation. The breakfast offered was OK. The boss offers fresh scrambled eggs/fried eggs. Rolls great. However, the cleanliness here also leaves a lot to be desired. The coffee machine is dingy and there are no tongs and forks to take something from the buffet. After checkout, the defects were noted. The location was ideal for us after a visit to the Serengeti Park.
