We stayed at the mobile home parking space at the Grohnder Fährhaus for 4 days.This place is an absolute recommendation and is beautifully located on the Weser. Good starting point for great bike tours on the Weser cycle path. The sanitary facilities are extremely clean, modern and well equipped. You rarely see something like that. The on-site service with gray water and chemical toilet disposal was exemplary. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful...The restaurant on site offers delicious food at a fair price. Overall we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

The hotel is located directly on the Weser and we liked it straight away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.The room was very nice and clean and from the balcony you could look directly at the Weser.The sauna was also very clean and our questions about it were answered well.After a quiet and relaxing night, we didn't miss breakfast. After the friendly welcome, you could help yourself to the generous breakfast buffet as you wished.I can only recommend the hotel and will definitely come back there again.

We were right in the first row with a view of the Weser. €28/night including disposal of gray water and chemical toilet, toilet and shower. Fresh water costs €0.10/10 liters (payable with coins only). You can only get into the sanitary building with a ticket. You can also book credit for electricity on it. Unfortunately, there is only this 1 fresh water extraction station on the entire campsite. The staff is very friendly. There is a hotel adjacent to it with a large beer garden. We ate very well here. We'll definitely be back. Then with bicycles. Because you can cycle wonderfully along the Weser either to Bodenwerder or Hameln. By the way, dogs are welcome and free of charge.

We booked a three-day stay in a double room with a balcony and were more than positively surprised. The hotel was built in 2020 and more than lives up to its three stars.The room, the bathroom and the balcony were spacious, the two rooms were clean and versatile. TV, WiFi, various light sources, air conditioning, curtain and wardrobe as well as large shower and sink area.The view of the Weser is a dream, but you also have an uninterrupted view of nature on the other side and the background noise is also influenced by nature. The pontoon on the bank invites you to cool off, especially in hot temperatures, and is not too dangerous for children.The breakfast buffet is diverse and diverse, so you can enjoy something different every day. Fresh and in top condition, from cheese to watermelon. Lunch and dinner are offered in the inn with a beer garden right next door.We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked the next one. For a short break or a longer period of time, the Grohnder Fährhaus is simply perfect and can only be recommended.

Really everything was great.The hotel is very new, well maintained and the rooms are very well thought out. Air conditioning is great. It's very quiet at night. The town opposite can be reached by ferry. We recommend.

Hotel with inn and campsite located directly on the Weser.The rooms are fairly new and modernly furnished. The breakfast is very rich.The entire service staff is very friendly and, above all, careful. We would like to come again.

There were 30 people in the ferry house. We ordered the food in advance and were more than surprised at how fresh and tasty the food was on the table of all the guests after a short time. The hospitality is great and friendly. Really delicious food and great surroundings.We'd love to come back to celebrate.

Nice and interesting business idea, a Bavarian hotel so far in the northEven if you have to make small compromises-The tea specified does not meet the hotel's standard...a samovar is also missing.-The “service clothing” used is not Bavarian costume / more of a country house style-It's very amusing when you make a request or request in Bavarian dialect and no one understands a word😂

Very nice hotel with a wonderful view of the Weser. The rooms are modern and spacious. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The whole complex is a nice mix of hotel, campsite and inn. The food in the evening was sufficient. The rooms are very quaint but beautifully furnished.
