Stayed there for one night, room was very small. But everything was clean, nice bathroom, everything was very quiet, super nice staff. Wellness area manageable, but it was enough. Breakfast very good. Thank you for the lovely weekend

The hotel and the entire complex appear to be newly renovated, the rooms are very stylishly designed, the lounge and wellness rooms are small but completely sufficient. What should be highlighted is the staff, who fulfill every possible request in a very timely manner. The breakfast is very tasty and available in sufficient quantities. In the evening we ate the homemade pizza, which tasted very good. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended in every respect and the price-performance ratio is very fair, thank you very much!!!

Rude refusal to rebook in an emergency, with reference to cancellation conditions even though cancellation was not desired and the information that everything was fully booked without suggesting an alternative date. At no time was a personal conversation possible. The fact that the booking was made via booking shouldn't really play a role in a rebooking, as is generally the case. Not solution-oriented, unprofessional in communication and without customer orientation.Addendum: As the owner's somewhat strange answer already shows, the topic of a requested solution is not addressed at all and the false impression is created that I had stuck to an alternative date. Again, I didn't really care when I could stay there as an alternative and asked for an offer, which was not responded to. With that attitude, I'm glad I DIDN'T visit this property! Instead, it was completely perfect elsewhere, see review.

The hotel is family-run, the rooms are modern but the bed is a little squeaky. That's the only negative thing about the room. The breakfast is rich and very tasty. The evening offerings are too limited for that.There are enough parking spaces and they are free.Spa area is too small for three saunas and steam bath. There's a lot on offer, which is actually nice, but it's too unstructured. The outdoor pool is very nice.Regarding the location of the hotel, it is in a very small village. The restaurants are all fully booked well in advance.The staff is always friendly and helpful. We had a very nice time at the hotel.

The staff is super friendly but that doesn't make up for the rest.-Care products in small bags instead of dispensers.-Faucet that leaks-loose towel holder-loose tap on the whirlpool-missing shower door-Multi-purpose cupboard instead of a wardrobe although there is enough space in the room.-I wouldn't have expected a welcome drink at a spa. Just like facial tissue box.The space around the billiard table is far too narrow.And so on and so on... oh yes, I haven't even talked about breakfast yet, I'll leave that to songs because there's nothing good to say.For the price I deserved something better. It's a shame the other reviews surprised us.

Very nice and modern hotel.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The fun area is sufficient, although it could be heated outside and a hot jacuzzi instead of cold would be desirable.The breakfast buffet is unfortunately very poor. By 9am almost all the containers were empty and some were only minimally refilled and some were not filled at all.Something definitely needs to be improved at the buffet

Decent hotel for Harz standards.There is a swimming pool and the bar is open in the evenings.The rooms look good at first glance, but at second glance you can see that the toilet is leaking, a hose is loose in the shower and the laminate is coming up in the sleeping area. The mattress was also quite sagging.It was very clean everywhere.The two service staff were very lovely and accommodating.Breakfast was good.Overall I think the prices are too high.

We would visit again.Great, friendly and attentive staff. The room we booked was clean, well-kept and well-equipped (although there was no small fridge).On the subject of "rich breakfast" I would say that it is individual and relative: my partner didn't miss anything, she was able to make good use of what was on offer,However, I have e.g. B. I missed meat or chicken salad, which would have perfectly rounded off my toast for breakfast.But since you can only please the majority, I don't complain about the lack of it.Summary:If you want to feel like you're among friends, this is the right place for you!

Very Nice ServiceTop-shelf serviceThe room with a Jacuzzi and a balcony was clean and had all the comforts, including room service. Peace and quiet. Bad weather days can be spent in the Cozy SPA. Fresh and delicious meals. Parking at the hotel with monitoring.Have a nice stay, I left the Angelo Resort well restedI HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Super nice, small hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights as a workation and were very satisfied. The sauna area is small, but totally sufficient for the size of the hotel; we were mostly there alone. There is a fully glazed workspace with incredibly comfortable armchairs where we were able to work from home all day. The staff is totally accommodating (despite the language barrier). Maybe you shouldn't come with the expectations of a sprawling big city hotel complex, but rather let yourself be won over by the small charm. Here the Harz really shows its best side :)

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels.This is in our top 5.Very nice staff. Rooms very well maintained and well equipped. Breakfast very rich. There was nothing missing.After a beautiful but strenuous hike, we were able to regenerate in the spa area. Would love to come back. Thank you

Our vacation was crowned with a stay in this hotel. We were completely satisfied and felt really comfortable. The starting point is ideal for the Harz. The rooms with the whirlpool are really a dream and the staff is more than warm and accommodating. We will be back definitely! Thanks for everything <3

We stayed here with 3 girls for one night and were very satisfied, we had a three-bed room which was a bit small but very clean, modern and quiet. The service from both employees was outstanding; our suitcases were kindly carried to the third floor.The wellness area is small but sufficient, the water temperature was even a bit too warm for us because you want to cool down after the sauna.Dinner includes (probably due to the general lack of staff) a small menu of pizza, pasta and salad. The pizza was delicious and afterwards we had fresh melon instead of schnapps!!!The breakfast buffet was varied and left nothing to be desired. Eggs in 3 variations, bacon, fresh orange juice, halloumi,Sausages, croissants, rolls in all variations, bread, sausage and cheese selection, fruit, avocado, tomato-cucumber, etc.!!!We will be back!!! :-)

The Angelo Spa Resort is a beautiful hotel with stylish and modern rooms. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Jacuzzi & Balcony. The room was generally very attractive, but there were some deficiencies that influenced our rating.The window in the space between the balcony and the deluxe room was not completely finished because the rubber seal was not properly attached. The balcony door was difficult to close completely and required considerable effort. A knob on the jacuzzi was damaged before we arrived, but otherwise it worked perfectly. With a little lead time, the warm water could be let in without any problems.Despite these shortcomings, the stay at the hotel was pleasant, especially thanks to the friendly staff on site. The spa area was small but sufficient, with a sauna, a steam sauna and a UV sauna. The pool was also small, but sufficiently sized. Towels were plentiful and available free of charge. Bathrobes could be rented for a deposit of €20.In the evening, guests could enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and play billiards at the bar.Due to the points mentioned, we cannot give the Angelo Spa Resort 5 out of 5 stars, but overall it is a solid hotel that can be recommended.
