Hotel room is getting old - dirty carpet, no safe, worn furniture, lack of cleanliness - window is not closed after cleaning - room with key - the cleaner did not close it on the last day - fortunately no valuables were left in the room! Travel time to the metal construction fair but no trade fair visitors. The only positive thing is the breakfast. This accommodation does not deserve 4 stars!

I attended a conference here. The hotel is a bit difficult to reach by public transport. You should allow some time from the main station. The service was consistently customer-focused, helpful and friendly. The house itself is showing its age on the outside. But my room was clean and everything worked. We were catered for on site: the food was all perfect. What was remarkable were the very fresh bread, the ripe fruit and the good selection of cheese. Conclusion: very suitable for a business trip.

We celebrated our absolute dream wedding there on October 5th, 2024.The service staff was super fast and friendly. The food was absolute madness. The breakfast the next day was absolutely great. Our contacts, Ms. Runke and Mr. Keizer, were at our side. There are two small deficiencies: the cleanliness of the rooms could have been a little better and we had a vegetarian guest who was supposed to get the wedding soup without meat, which unfortunately didn't work out.Unfortunately the location is a bit stupid due to the navigation system as it leads you to the subway parking lot.Otherwise everything was really great.Thank you for our unforgettable day.

Yesterday at a wedding reception... round, high and beautiful hall with a beautifully landscaped outdoor area. We were 70 people. Great location, enough free parking, buffet very good! And a great team who took great care of us made it a very successful evening! Thank you to the kitchen, team and the sensational presenter who led the celebration

I booked this hotel for my group of 24 from Australia, location is a bit away from centre of Hannover but near Eilenride park, 45 minutes walk to Ostsdadt District shopping, bars and quicky area of Hannover. My group found the Hotel very dated, service average. But overall room size and beds were ok.

I was here for a trade fair.Location to the trade fair is great, about 15 minutes by car.Parking spaces and a parking garage are available and offer enough parking spaces even when the hotel is full. However, the parking garage is subject to a fee.The service and the service staff are great. Always friendly and helpful even late at night. However, the hotel has been around for a few years, which is particularly evident in the hallways and rooms. My room was very clean, but I haven't experienced a bathtub with a shower curtain in this price range for a long time. The TV is also relatively small.

Seriously in need of an overhaul, from the substantial holes and stained carpets to the customer service, I fear the latter is good people trying desperately to keep their jobs whilst supporting a failing company. …

Most of the staff are very nice and seemed very service-oriented to me.Overall, the hotel seems a bit “shabby”. There was a slight smell everywhere. Maybe it's the carpet, which is a bit old.My room was clean but also had a bit of a musty smell. Despite airing it out throughout the day, the smell didn't go away. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and therefore the room was very warm given the weather. As a stranger, the hotel was too remote for me. If you take the train you have to change once to get to the train station and it takes about half an hour. By taxi about 15 minutes.A little lowlight right at the start of my two-day stay: the toilet was a bit detached from the wall. It was already hanging quite low, but when I put it on it (82 kg) the joint popped off and the toilet sank a few centimeters again. I then got a new room straight away, which unfortunately - as already mentioned - smelled a bit musty.
