Fantastic, family-run wellness hotel.Everything is just right here. Very nice rooms including well-equipped bathrooms.Breakfast buffet with all options and everything of a very good quality. In the afternoon there is a small buffet with cakes and hearty snacks (3/4 board). Five courses in the evening, with up to three courses being chosen from a given selection. There is always something for everyone. If it still doesn't suit you (unlikely), the very friendly staff will help you find an alternative.People like to stay here more often.

Been there twice and generally satisfied. The rooms are very nice and spacious. I also found the Fuchsbau as a single room delightful. The welcome in the room with a personal message and chocolate, just lovely. However, at the first visit an external therapist was appointed whose empathy left much to be desired. First makes the guest wait for the set appointment (was a smoke). It then becomes mushy when you ask whether the appointment may have been misunderstood on my part. The answer was: we are not on the run here. At the same time I found out that the lady has to go to the toilet first (do I want to know that??) and then we can start. I would say 10 minutes late, so my treatment was short. Unfortunately, she didn't enjoy her work much and seemed very bored. The last time I visited, my final bill was incorrect. But I noticed it on the car because we compared our bills and I was allowed to pay for a double room as a single room. Of course it could be clarified. However, the food and breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Requests for changes to dinner were easily addressed. The employees are all very friendly and attentive.

A beautiful, family-run hotel in which we felt very comfortable. The Koller family and the entire team are warm hosts and you can see that in the great and always friendly service. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and the breakfast selection was great. My gluten intolerance was perfectly addressed. Thank you for that! The indoor pool is mega. Nice lawn with enough loungers. The location is great, you can walk or cycle straight from the hotel. We will definitely come back.

It's always nice to spend a few days on holiday in this house.Every time there are new surprises in the house. And the service never gets worse. On the contrary.A stay is also highly recommended for families.Likewise, the selection of food and drinks is always worth a trip.

A beautiful, family-run hotel in which we felt very comfortable. The Koller family and the entire team are warm hosts and you can see that in the great and always friendly service. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and the breakfast selection was great. Our dog was also welcome and the little things that were thought of for dog owners make life easier (e.g. always a filled water bowl at the table in the restaurant, dog towels at the back entrance). We really enjoyed the outdoor pool after our activities and also the indoor pool when the weather wasn't good. The location is great, you can walk straight from the hotel for short morning or evening walks and the national park is not far for long hikes.

We booked a spa weekend on site. The service on site is professional and at the same time warm. The spa area is beautifully modern. The selection of different saunas is very good. From organic saunas to 90 degree saunas, everything is there to relax well. The restaurant and bar deserve special mention. We were able to end the day on the beautiful terrace in the evening. The selection of dishes is clear, but changes every evening. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the breakfast. Almost all ingredients come from the surrounding area.
