So we had 3rd nights and left after the 2nd night…The room was nice, but the toilet smelled so bad... disgusting.Breakfast didn't work at all. On both days the orange juice was bad, and both milk and coffee and cereal were sour.100 fruit flies came out of the jam. And the rolls weren't fresh either.If the younger nice man were there, things would go very well.The older woman at the front desk had no idea and was very unfriendly.You could do a lot with it!

Quiet hotel within walking distance of the historic city center. Rooms good and clean, breakfast could be better. Everything on the juice carafes was full of fruit flies, very unappetizing! The lady at reception was not a good figurehead for the hotel! Okay for an overnight stay in transit.

We were only guests for 1 night, were very satisfied, the room was very spacious and clean, as was the bathroom, there is parking at the hotel, an excellent breakfast👍👌

An oasis of well-being in the middle of the city. All employees in the family business are extremely committed, friendly and helpful.Rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is rich and very good. The front garden is very cozy and invites you to linger. We'll definitely be back.

We booked the room at the Biedermayerhof because of a wedding.When we came to the hotel the evening after the wedding, it smelled very musty and, as you can see in the photos, there were stains and black hairs on the back of the bed and on the bed cover!🤮 We then looked for another place to sleep in the middle of the night must!Breakfast is not included as standard and costs an additional €14 per person!The staff is very unfriendly and uncooperative! This hotel cannot be recommended under any circumstances! I still feel disgusted when I think I should stay there!

Price-performance ratio is ok. Unfortunately there is no minibar or air conditioning in the rooms, which is why it got very hot.The service is very bad. The room wasn't cleaned and you weren't welcomed at check-in and check-out. Any effort that the staff has to make is too much. Calling a taxi was only done after repeated requests, even though we had no network.

Very central location. However, the older lady at the reception is very unfriendly. Absolutely unhelpful and mostly in a bad mood. The young hotelier, on the other hand, is very nice and accommodating. The room is small and old. The television resembles that of a PC screen and unfortunately there is no minibar or at least a kettle. Very noisy and squeaky beds. Fine for a short stay. Price-performance is ok.

Basically a nice hotel, but the lady at the reception is very unfriendly and incompetent. No hospitality and recently I was accused of having booked the room twice and now having to pay twice.Breakfast was good.

I wanted to ask a few things before booking and apparently I came across the "nice lady" who has been mentioned here several times. It's an absolute disgrace how you are treated as a (potential) guest. Definitely won't leave any money here.

I have never experienced the way people are treated here at the reception in any other hotel. The elderly, unfriendly lady at the reception made mistakes when I checked in and then told me afterwards that I had to pay for both rooms 😄 I wasn't given an invoice because she didn't want to / couldn't change the incorrectly issued invoice...
