Coming from the far north, we were welcomed very warmly. Everything fit perfectly from the parking lot with charging options for cars and bikes!Very nice staff. Despite the long journey, the hotel is an argument to come back!!

Based on a recommendation, we traveled to the Hotel Apollo in Bad Füssing and were very positively impressed by the location and, above all, the extremely friendly service from the staff. …

We stayed here as a family for one night as a stopover. We got a holiday apartment. This was really very large and with a balcony. But that was it, because it smelled so bad in there (even after old people, that's in no way meant to be discriminatory, just to help you imagine). When we mentioned this when we left, we said it was because of the old room. Ah ok… the floor was sticky and stained. In general, this room could be given a general overhaul, as it not only smelled old, but also looked old. The bathroom was the only thing that was renovated, it somehow didn't fit. Modern rooms are shown online. I was very happy to book a PHYSIO massage. I was greeted by an older gentleman who only gave me a massage, despite mentioning my neck problems several times. I really could have saved myself that money. The outdoor pool was nice, as was the indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was also rich and there was a hot drink to welcome you. In response to our nicely worded criticism, the actually nice lady at reception went on the attack. You could get some help with how to deal with criticism. In response to our criticism, we paid the full price.

Well-run, clean and well-maintained hotel. The location to the spa and community park is very good. Everything you need is available in the room. Unfortunately, the chairs are a bit sagging, which isn't exactly ideal for the intervertebral disc. The breakfast is good and plentiful. There is a bit of a lack of variety. Obligatory champagne and salmon on Sundays. The evening menus are great and the service is quick and friendly. The indoor and outdoor thermal facilities were very clean and well maintained.
