Our stay at this wellness hotel was simply fantastic and is definitely one of the best we have ever experienced. From the very beginning we felt completely at home thanks to the warm and attentive staff. The hotel creates an atmosphere in which you can really relax and enjoy.You can immediately tell that the host family has a lot of experience in the hotel industry and is passionate about their job. We found the senior manager particularly loving, who warmly greets the guests in the dining room every morning and evening and looks after their well-being - a very personal and appreciative approach that makes the stay particularly pleasant.The food was an absolute highlight: the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of fresh and delicious dishes. What was particularly good was the opportunity to squeeze fresh juice and the large selection of teas - everyone will find something to suit their taste. The evening buffet also leaves nothing to be desired, the show kitchen in particular stands out and offers a great experience. Everything we tried was delicious.The cocktail bar is also a highlight. The selection of gins is impressive and the bartenders are professionals - they respond individually to each guest and create a great atmosphere.The wellness area exceeded our expectations. Not only is it large, but the new area with the infinity pool is particularly beautifully designed. There are numerous saunas to choose from and water and tea are available throughout the spa for added comfort.We still see potential for optimization in the spa area to make the experience even more complete. However, it was pleasing to see that the hotel is always open to feedback. Our suggestions were responded to very well and we felt heard - it is clear that there is a desire to continually improve the guest experience.We will definitely come back and can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious wellness stay.

Positive:• The new addition with the pools, especially the sky pool and the sky saunas on the roof, are impressive. Unfortunately the water is too cold.• Dinner is good.Negative:• The old thermal swimming pool and whirlpool are in serious need of renovation. Dirty joints (black as mold) and damaged equipment significantly reduce the experience.• In room 119 there are mold problems in the bathroom that have not been resolved on the grounds that we cannot now clean with chlorine, despite two complaints. The mold is not just 1-2 weeks old.• The lunch menu and the coffee/cake snack are inadequate, especially since the coffee is charged extra.• There are no blankets in the wellness area, which further limits comfort.Conclusion:Overall, the hotel does not meet the standard you would expect from a 4 star romantic wellness hotel, especially in terms of cleanliness and service. We are currently in Bad Füssing in another hotel to relax for a week. The Mühlbach was recommended to us by a therapist as a good alternative to our current hotel.Shortly after we entered the Mühlbach we were asked by a nice young lady if she could help us. She thought we had just arrived and needed help. Since she didn't seem like an employee, I asked if she was the boss. She said yes and showed us around the entire property. Even though the final work on the hotel renovation was still in full swing, she really took a lot of time to explain and show us everything. Dear Ms. Freudenstein, this is how you attract the customers of tomorrow. So that you can still remember me, I wish you all the best for this season.Best regardsPeter Bohlen

We had a very nice stay at Das Mühlbach. The room was very clean and the wellness facilities are very generous, although some of them are not yet completely finished. I would definitely come back. The food at the Kirchawirt was also delicious and the portions were large.

This was my second time there and it is always a pleasure to be a guest at Das Mühlbach. The service is really extraordinary. Every employee has a smile on their faces. A first class arrival.The breakfast buffet with a great selection and even sparkling wine is highly recommended.But the highlight is of course the spa area.The newly opened infinity pool is fantastically beautiful. The relaxation areas in particular are so elegant and inviting. Next time we will definitely stay longer.Thank you very much, dear Mühlbach team, for this wonderful break.

Service absolutely 1a, friendly and competent employees. Beautiful thermal bath, new outdoor area currently under construction, but outdoor pool already usable. Infinity pool on the 4th floor under construction, but will definitely be very good. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit old and relatively small, but the facilities are good, with a minibar/fridge and electrically adjustable beds. Breakfast buffet with a large selection, lunch with salads, soup and a light main course.Unfortunately, the 5-course evening menu was a complete failure, the fish (red snapper) was completely fried and tough as leather, absolutely inedible. A complaint was made to the (very friendly service employee), who promised to pass it on to the kitchen. But that was it, no apology from the kitchen, no offer for another dinner. With a price structure of EUR 400 per night for a double room, it's actually not affordable. Too bad.

In the many, many years that we have been visiting the hotel, there is nothing negative to report. The property, the room, the wonderful and tasty food, the team and the wonderful Freudenstein family make us come to Füssing twice a year. Here the guest is welcome and there is a friendliness and warmth that you can feel. The Mühlbach is a place that you leave feeling refreshed. I have already traveled to Freudenstein's with my parents and have seen and experienced this wonderful hotel changing and growing.

It was our first time at “Das Mühlbach” and we were thrilled! The service was great, all the employees were very friendly, the atmosphere was very appealing, the food was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable! It was cozy and warm in the wellness area and we particularly liked the fact that fresh towels were always available. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the hotel!

Friendliness is just great!The food (breakfast, lunch, lunch, cake buffet) was excellent.The only small criticism: it was cold in the massage room, it could have been warmer here.

Despite the maintenance work and the new pool not being completed yet, we had a great day spa holiday in Mühlbach to relax in all areas and the ambience as well as the service staff and the massage with Karina were great. Happy to come back!
