Great 5 days spent here with 6 people. The service, reception, cleanliness, rooms and all other rooms, shuttle service to the thermal baths, breakfast, bar and music event,All in all very nice and you feel welcome. We would love to come back 👍🏼

Near the Therme 1, our own nostalgic shuttle bus to the thermal baths, very nice rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff. Very nice stay.

Rarely have I experienced such a terrible stay. Vegan breakfast was explicitly announced and I inquired twice more before and upon arrival, the next morning there was nothing and no one knew about it. Nothing vegan in the house, even though it was an Ayurvedic hotel - unbelievable! The lady then went to EDEKA at 9:30 a.m. to buy me packaged garbage 🙈 My medication was postponed and my circulation went into the basement. The bathrobe was freshly washed, but it was full of stains and you're supposed to walk around with it. Towel in the bag had nothing to do with a sauna towel, cheap towel and a big hole in the middle 😅 The next day I asked what kind of towels they were - then I got real ones. When asked why not like that? The answer I got was: “We didn't have any clean ones yesterday” 🤣 €350 for two nights and then so boldly 🙈 On the first evening I wanted to be driven over (since the bus was included) to the sauna, since I could supposedly only go downstairs can/may 😆 but the bus driver had already gone home because he wasn't feeling well. Great 👌🏾 And I can't help but notice all of this 🤦🏽♀️ Minibar in the room empty, no drinks machine in the entire house, dirty walls, no fly screen (so you either sleep in a warm room or get stabbed. The lady at the reception was Then on top of that, she said that she wasn't feeling well yesterday!?!? You're serious? We'll never book there again!

Rooms are very modern and clean. Beds are very comfortable and we slept really well in them. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection and everything is very lovingly prepared. The bar has great cocktails 🍸. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next year.

A very very good breakfast 5 stars for this.The hotel has no air conditioning - in August you have to open the window because the ventilation system is not good. The bar staff sorts the empties at night. This teaching room is very loud for the rooms at the back. We woke up two nights - please turn it off - dear staff.Unfortunately the safe and refrigerator were broken.Otherwise a great house

Very clean hotel; good price-performance ratio as the entrance fees for the thermal baths 1 and the sauna courtyard are included for the day of arrival, stay and departure; great location, offers a lot of service; The breakfast was a real highlight; we were very positively surprised.

Super beautifully designed, new hotel with architectural standards. There aren't really many of these in Bad Füssing.Very nice staff who take good care of the guests' needs and also have some good tips for your stay in Bad Füssing.What we didn't like was the poor quality of the pillows and duvets and that there is no air conditioning in the rooms.That's why we can only recommend the hotel for moderate temperatures.It would also be nice if you could make a selection of pillows and blankets before you arrive and the room cleaning doesn't only take place when you register. The environmental idea is listed here as an explanation for this system, but we believe more in further cost savings to optimize profits. We think that when you enter this price category, certain services should be taken for granted.However, we can particularly recommend the competent physiotherapist in the hotel who responds very well to health problems and provides excellent massages.
