Passau is an amazing place to be! I loved being surrounded by nature and nightlife at the same time. The hotel staff were super kind and the room super comfortable. I will be back for sure!

I enjoyed staying near the river. Danube (donau) is an amazing place to chill. The center of the beautiful old City Passau is closeby and worth the short walk. Will come again for sure! Amazing staff and welcoming neighborhood. Thanks again.

Great hotel. Very tastefully decorated. Great location, 10 minutes walk along the Inn to the lively city center. Large, bright rooms, large bathroom. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Organic breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back because: Passau is always worth a visit.

Booked here for 2 nights and it ended up to be a fantastic experience overall.The parking lot is a bit tricky to reach if you have a wide vehicle or if you're an inexperienced driver.Location is 10/10 and so is their staff - super friendly, ever-smiling and very helpful. You can explore Passau Altstadt by foot from here.Rooms are very well laid out and the view is to die for. Already thinking about my next visit to this lovely hotel.

Absolutely delightful hotel! The hostess was so sweet and kind! Big room, lovely bed, the giant pillows were awesome!The breakfast buffet was plentiful; the outdoor terrace in the afternoon, watching the river roll by and soaking up autumn sunshine…..prima!She was so kind, I was sick with a cold and she made me ginger lemon camomile tea and even gave me some cold meds.When I asked if I could take a plate from the stack in the breakfast room she said “you can have anything you want!”When we arrived 4 hours early to check in….. she said “absolutely no problem!”I wish her the best as I understand she just opened this spring. One could not ask for a lovelier, quaint hotel experience! Fielen Danke!

Fine old building in a basically car-free area of Passau’s Altstadt. Easy parking and a short walk into the city centre. Quiet position but there’s no air conditioning or fans - it can be ferociously hot if you’re on the sunny side of the building in summer. Unlike Germany usually, they don’t include breakfast in the room price.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location! A small, 18 room, hotel with great views and a terrific staff. We booked a junior suite with a river view and couldn’t be happier. It was spacious and had everything you need plus the best view!!|Very scenic! We loved our stay here!!

Unfortunately, we only stayed at the Hotel Schloss Ort for one night and felt very comfortable. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast is delicious and the service is very friendly and warm.

A historic building, beautifully located at the top right between the Inn and the Danube. In the center and yet a little away from the main tourist stream. Terrace and rooms almost directly on the water, with only a narrow, quiet promenade in between, very quiet.The rooms are large and tastefully furnished, single travelers can also get a double room, wonderful.The breakfast offers everything you could want, but not packaged in plastic portions, for which I would give an extra star!

We got off our river cruise boat and wanted one extra night in Passau. Hotel Schloß Ort provided amazing views of the river, comfortable and clean surroundings and kind hospitality. We were greeted with cold drinks and shown to an extraordinary outdoor terrace where we waited until our rooms were ready.
