Nice clean room. Parking space for cars available. Transfer to the jetty went smoothly. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, making Passau very easy to reach. Great value for money and a clear recommendation.

Located just outside Passau. Nice walking route along the Danube to Passau. Breakfast fine. I personally found the bed a bit too hard. Everything else is great. If you have difficulty walking, not all rooms are easy to reach.

Checked in here with the bikes for two nights. We were able to reach downtown Passau in 15 minutes. Friendly staff, breakfast for €11 was perfectly adequate. Large parking lot and a bicycle garage that was a little too small.All in all a good place to stay.

The perfect start for a Danube cruise. Car safely stored, transfer to and from the pier on time. So everything is good all around.

Since we wanted to go on a river cruise and needed accommodation for the car, we chose this accommodation. Very clean rooms, good connection to Passau (stop about 3 minutes walk), solid breakfast, transfer to the ship and back worked great.

A nice guesthouse just under 3 km outside of the city center, easy to reach by bus. Parking spaces in front of and behind the house for 3 euros per day during your stay as well as during bike tours and Danube cruises. There is a shuttle service from the guesthouse. The room with a balcony (15) was spacious, with a table and 4 chairs, a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. A walk-in shower in the bathroom. Only the mattress was too soft for me personally. The breakfast was really sufficient, everything we needed in the morning was there. Drinks are available in the fridge during the day and evening and you pay for them when you check out.

During the flood in Passau, they brought guests to a ship pier to which access was already forbidden (because it was under water) and there was no ship!Your driver simply drove into the restricted zone, unloaded the guests and their luggage there and drove away, even though there was no ship at the pier!The guests then stood there deserted - taxis refused to drive in (because they were closed and dangerous) to pick them up and the guests and their luggage then had to walk through the water back to a safe street. That's not a service!!!

A very nice hotel, we stayed one night before the river cruise and two more nights after the river cruise to get to know Passau even better, bus connection to the center was great. Transfer to the ship and back was really great. Thanks for the good service. The entire team was very accommodating 😉 😉

Very nice, small guesthouse with clean rooms and a terrace, right at the bus stop to the old town, ideal for bicycles as it is in the garage. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Gladly again

It was a great pleace to spend a night in transit, it has a good location on the Danube river side with Austria, the room was nice and very large, clean, great heating. Breakfast was ok and the staff amazing as well.

Great accommodation, great service. We had a late arrival after 6pm. We clarified over the phone how we would receive our keys and it worked great. Great outdoor area, rooms absolutely clean. We were here on business. But we'll come back for vacation!
