Late check-in works well with a key box but the room facilities are minimal. Not even a toothbrush cup or drinking glass. Entry into the shower/bathtub is very high, soap cannot be used with one hand, mattresses are rock hard. After just 1 hour, I had bad back pain and was barely able to sleep. No blinds, just curtains. TV cannot be switched off from standby and is constantly lit. Loud church bells, noise from the next room. We were billeted here by the railway because of the noisy construction site near our apartment. Unfortunately not relaxing. There was also mold and dust in the bathroom. Near the train station but the S-Bahn is not running due to construction work. Without breakfast. Two rooms for a family not next to each other. No recommendation.

Absolutely awful. The owner wrote that there is no one on reception at the day it was impossible to cancel the reservation, so there was no one to help, we got the key from the automated box, and at the room we founded no extra bed we asked a month before (and it was confirmed that we ordered it). Phone did not answered, no help, nothing, so I had to sleep on the floor because it is impossible to sleep on one bed 2 adults and 1 active child of a 6 years with 30 degrees without air conditioning in the room.Breakfast is very poor, we saw that the woman from the reception that came in the morning tried her best, solve all the problems, and she was very nice, but she is not an owner, and she can not do a lot. It was pretty clear that the owner just doesn't care about guests, he wants only easy money and relax.

3 stars ranking seems from a previous century but standard advanced in last 3 decades. A whole hotel is not maintained. Room without air-conditioning, wall with rests of drink/food of previous guests, curtains teared, underneath of bed wasn't cleaned ever. No hotel personell available in afternoon+night. WARNING: Dogs are allowed, so expect dog to be left unsupervised in the room barking all night, dog being brought in diner room (sitting on chair you sit, close to food you eat) - if you're alergic, buyer's discretion is advised.

Clean room, bathroom was a bit old, but clean! Facilities were the bare essentials, I was there for an overnight stay and was satisfied. Service was also good, despite no reception staff using a password, everything worked well. Breakfast was also okay for my standards! Everything went well.

Unfortunately this is my third stay in this hotel.On my first visit, my room hadn't been vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty and there was everything under my bed from my predecessors (nuts, lighters...)When I left the hotel, I complained about this at reception and was assured that they would respond to it and take care of it.2 weeks later I stayed at this hotel again and it's hard to believe that I was assigned exactly the same room as on my first visit. Hoping to find everything there in order by now, I went into the room and checked it straight away and then came the big surprise.The whole thing wasn't a positive surprise, there was everything under the bed that I had complained about two weeks before, and the bathroom actually still had the same stains. Of course, completely annoyed, I went to the reception and asked them if they were serious. I was told that what I said wasn't true, but I was able to refute this with pictures that I had taken. I then asked the on-site staff to clean the room, and half an hour later this was done. We also received a discount on the total price for this.So, 2-3 years later, once again there was no other hotel available, so in times of need we thought yes, let's give them a chance, what they will have learned in all this time. It was nothing, at least it was another room, this time perhaps one of the renovated ones you read about here, but the carpet and bathroom weren't, a few new furniture and some paint just can't be renovated.My room smelled awful, half smoking room half baboon cage, but the smell couldn't be removed by airing it out, it was the same under the bed as in the other room, for me that was definitely the last visit.Bed linen had stuffed holes and holes, my towel looked like the cleaning cloths from a workshop, in the bathroom there were pieces of equipment on the wall that were broken off, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was completely dirty and demolished. The toilet had dried residue from cleaning agent, which meant that my glasses weren't even lifted.I just don't have any more words for this, the pictures speak for themselves. Never again.

Price to service it was OK, limited service due to lack of staff. Simple breakfast, room still acceptable in this price. Checkin experience was not that good, had to wait for 1 whole hour at the entrance, no waiting room - no toilet for such cases.
