In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is right here. The landlady was very friendly to us. We booked 2 nights without any problem. The room key was ready for us without contact. Room 4 was a very nice size, it was clean and the first impression was right. We had a small refrigerator available for us. The bathroom had a shower and the bed was pleasantly hard. There was plenty of free parking in front of the door.Small negative points:-Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit noisy and we were woken up by chairs being moved. Felt under the chair legs might be practical here.-You have to walk up many, many steps to get to the room door. This might be important for other visitors to know before they arrive.

First of all, thank you very much for this outstanding service. Absolute class :-)We were more than satisfied.It's a bit out of the way, but that's really nice because you can have peace and quiet here and still get to the city or the exhibition center quickly.The rooms are very tidy and cozy.Free WiFi is also included.What we thought was really great was that even if you were still hungry in the evening, they would make sure you still got something. Really great class :-)Thank you very much for this hospitality. We would love to come back :-)

We checked in there during our Croatia vacation and immediately booked a room for the return journey. A bit skeptical at the beginning but really nicely furnished. Room was great. Hospitality top. Breakfast top. So if you are passing through or on a short trip, you can really recommend this guesthouse. If we go back to Croatia by car from the far north, we will try to get a room there again. Thanks to the nice lady at the reception.

We spent 4 nights here. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the guesthouse is run with passion by Mrs. Eszlári. The service is excellent and special requests (e.g. gluten-free breakfast) are addressed very professionally. The guesthouse is very clean and the towels are changed regularly.The breakfast buffet is very lovingly prepared and scrambled and fried eggs are freshly prepared upon request.The guesthouse is located just outside above a carpenter's workshop and can be reached via a steep staircase. This is what you should know if you are no longer able to walk so well. That wasn't a problem for us. We really liked it and will rent here again on our next stay in Grasbrunn.Thank you for the lovely days

It is located far from the city, in an outlying area. Because of this, it is quiet and calm, but traffic is difficult, public transport is far away.Access by car is possible on a road where it is otherwise forbidden to enter by car (guests are obviously exceptions).From the outside, you can't even see where the accommodation is, it looks like an industrial building, inside there are regular rooms.The beds are comfortable and can be pulled apart (useful for groups), the bathroom is not very comfortable, there is no hanger.The staff is rigid, unhelpful, they pay for a broken toilet seat with normal use, communication is difficult.

The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star review is the fact that the rooms are directly under a roof and are a bit hot without air conditioningBut there were plenty of them. Staff very friendly, breakfast perfect.The location is a bit out of the way and you're lost without a car.For my purposes it was perfectly fine

A privately run guesthouse where you immediately notice how much love and heart goes into it. The rooms are very nice and cozy and are equipped with a refrigerator.We would love to come back.

The guesthouse can only be reached via a closed road (residents are free) and is in an attic above a carpenter's shop. Nevertheless, the rooms are very quiet. To get to the rooms you have to climb a long staircase. Not for people with limitations. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. A check via a code. Breakfast is good, everything is available (fruit, sausage, cheese, jam, eggs, etc.)
