We felt very comfortable at the Hotel Rosenstadt! Very friendly staff who are happy to fulfill the wishes of their guests, good service, rooms quite nice and modern, equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom with toilet, bathtub, hairdryer etc., flat screen TV, free WiFi, desk with a mirror on the wall (which is very was practical for my wife).We also had a couch, which gave us that home feeling.We are very satisfied and will definitely come back.Best regards from Rostock 😜

Worst service!!!! Since there was a transport air conditioning system in the room, we of course used it. After a few hours the room smelled. Nobody informed us about the handling. So back to reception. You have to put up a sign for room cleaning. We found out afterwards. So the sign came out but nothing happened. In a week we were in once but only because we went to the reception again. I have visited many hotels and worked in service myself, but I have never had anything like this. Towels were placed on the floor in front of the door. Price performance is zero.

This hotel is very well located, has plenty of parking and the breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. The rooms on the upper floor had a shower and bathtub, which is very rare.Everything was clean and tidy.Unfortunately there was no good instruction at the reception and you felt a bit let down as you had to laboriously ask for all the information.

Were there over the weekend, it was a small room, but clean.Small but nice :)It was great that you could take the dog with you. Internet worked great even after starting it a second time.The breakfast is TOP for the price, we think that the machine for cappuccinos and such should be available for the guests.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The food was very tasty (unfortunately I didn't take photos of the Christmas dinner). The family business makes an effort and you feel very welcome. There was a beautiful Christmas tree. On New Year's Eve, Santa Claus came and gave us small gifts such as sweets and vouchers.

The hotel is fine so far. The breakfast was good and tasty. Unfortunately there was only one fully automatic coffee machine, which resulted in a longer queue due to the large number of breakfast guests. I spent the night on the first floor. The mattress in my hotel room was particularly soft/saggy, which gave me back pain after staying 8 nights.

The location was crucial for us. We only booked an overnight stay. Rooms small but clean and everything you need is there. The bathtub is unfavorable for older clients, only a shower would be better. We got all the information we needed.One point is that our room was not cleaned. If this is common for short stays of 3 nights (we have already experienced it) it should at least be mentioned.

We chose the hotel as a stopover on our trip to Poland and were very satisfied.The only thing that bothered me was that the owner's dog was running around in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast. Basically, I don't think it's a bad thing if there are dogs in the hotel. I like dogs, but I don't need them at the dinner table. But I didn't mention it to the staff because my son loves dogs.

In mid-August I was in the forest on business with a colleague. The hotel only recently had a new operator and of course everything had to get started again. But, to be honest, it's a very nice hotel and everything is very relaxed. Special greetings go to the very, very nice, relaxed and empathetic restaurant server Anastasia 😊 (the tsar's daughter 😄).

We slept poorly.2 person bed (mattress) was really bad. Whether the mattress is worn out or it is a bad choice of the hotel, I have no idea, but sleeping all night in position V is not pleasant.1 person bed was good.Room was certainly clean and tidy.Breakfast was also good.The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but you can go to the village for a tasty bite.If you want, you can get coffee or a beer at the hotel on Tuesday.Location: if you like silence, this is not your hotel. In the evening and at night you hear the cars driving.

The room is too warm for the summer because there is no air conditioning and if you sleep at the front you will have a restless night.
