I am not giving the 5th star just because the lobby was smelling too much to cigarette. Other than that, it is a great place to stay for the money you pay. Anna, the receptionist is a high plus of the hotel. Very helpful and kind. Awesome service!

Can't find hotel entrance. no signage. Room clean but no hot water even on the second day. It's a shame but a bit of poor service for a hotel. No contact person for the water problem

The rooms are fine for 1 night. There is a very unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and the entrance to the hotel is difficult to find.

No signs visible from the outside, just a small A4 piece of paper directly on the door. Address incorrectly marked on Google.I'd have to ask myself. Reception in the basement near the arcade, next to the Greek restaurant. It smells like smoke in the stairwell. Card payment is not possible, but you had to provide a credit card when making the online reservation. Understand who wants. Probably for the guests who flee trying to find the hotel.The bed is worn out. 79 euros for that is already rough. In the emergency and after 800 km of highway, I didn't care. There is no breakfast...

OK for one night. Room and bathroom clean. Entrance not signposted, reception improvised. Unpleasant smell from the arcade in the hallways.No communication possible before because wrong phone number. on booking.com, signs/parking space for the hotel are missing. There is no breakfast. The proximity to the cultural center was great.
