Rooms are ok. However, I cannot understand the other reviews.Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. You shouldn't walk around the room with white socks. Hair everywhere. Window not tight, there is a draft. Curtain torn. You can't darken the room because the curtains aren't big enough. It's noisy when your neighbor coughs and you're awake. All in all, a disappointment at €89 a night.

Simple, but that's absolutely fine at this price. Large room, almost stylish, clean and also a large shower... I felt very comfortable.

Room 2023 via Booking Com for € 477 booked for September 2024. Price in February 24 already 1,500 for the same period. On May 24th the maximum price was 2,400 for the same period. What a difference. In June 2024 we were advised to cancel the booking because the hotel was supposedly closing on August 30, 2024. This was also confirmed by telephone. But now it is still bookable. How can that be? Very dubious. The price was probably too low for them. Will never book there.

Room clean and spacious, simple furnishings, functional, hairdryer available, swiveling magnification game in the bathroom, the double room also has a window in the bathroom, there are also many windows in the room, darkening unfortunately weak, only curtains, breakfast at the bakery thirty for 25 euros for two people good and recommended.

The rooms are nicely furnished and reasonably clean, the bathroom is a nice size but unfortunately the cleaner in the bathroom seemed to have lost interest in the bathroom. The curtains weren't exactly clean over the bed, the picture was also very dusty and full of cobwebs

The motel is simple but nicely decorated. The rooms are mostly clean and the beds (very soft mattress) are comfortable. At one point or another the craftsmen cheated a bit. The key collection is well regulated and you can park for free in the hardware store parking lot. Unfortunately, cigarette smoke from customers at the hardware store wafts directly into the room.

Highly recommended, great value for money... Very nice staff and service..Parking lot, bakery, restaurant all on the same property...Although I have business in Berlin Steglitz, I can get to the accommodation quicker in the south towards the center or in the other directions.A small drawback, the room cleaning starts early and isn't exactly quiet, it's not a problem on weekdays, but this Saturday I would have liked a little longer peace...But the rooms have to be made ready for the next guests, that could be you yourself (don't forget)...I thank you and will come back 🤗And people 😉 a small fee on the pillow doesn't hurt and makes the service fun

The room is so tasteless, a hotel room should reflect the hotel in some way, but in this case it was not possible. The bed is terrible, I haven't slept so badly in a long time, the bathroom was dirty and the service can also be forgotten for a capital hotel never again

Clean, modern room with a sufficiently large, light-flooded and modern bathroom with a large shower. Nice employees and great parking options on site. Unbeatable for €55 a night! I'd love to come back.

As long as you manage your expectations, this is a great place to stay.1. The desk clerk is there on an "as needed" basis. You will need to tell them when you expect to arrive or call them when you need them. The desk clerk was so friendly and stayed around when I was 1 1/2 hours late because I kept her updated. Otherwise, don't expect to ever see them.2. The rooms are basic, but very modern and clean. The cleaning lady is very sweet, does an awesome job, and easy enough to find in the morning if you need anything. No fridge, no AC, no breakfast or coffee, no ammenities, but if you can live without that, the money you save is worth it.3. Bus access is very close, but if you are a night owl, expect to walk further or call a cab, as service is limited at night. But during the day transport is very easy.4. The WIFI is very good here, and the TV is decent.5. The entrance is a bit weird. The reception and rooms are on the 2nd floor. The entrance is literally just a staircase. Weirded me out a bit because I arrived at night and it looked abandonded at first. Was happy when the staff opened the door with a warm smile.6. Downstairs is a bakery and also a sushi place. Very convienient.If you can live with the minor inconviences, this is a great place to stay. Thank you so much.
