I would actually give this hotel zero stars but that option doesn't exist.All I'm saying is take good care of your things because they'll get stolen if you're not in the room. The staff is also very bad unfriendly in general it is very dirty and they have very few staff the hostel also looks very ugly from the outside and not better from the inside there is only one toilet paper roll so you have to go buy it yourself very bad experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

The Hostel is luxurious. The truth is there was not a night that I did not have fun listening to the fights at the reception with the guests. The cuisine is filthy like themselves. Smelly in every sense. People sleeping like walruses in the pseudo living room. Seuda daily cleaning that makes it disgusting. Men entering women's bathrooms. Shower that floods. Anyone enters the rooms. If you come, bring your own lock. Men/guests who have been living for many months. Luxury customer service. A boss, the kid who serves. Super friendly and respectful (sarcasm)Horror hotel!! New name for you and there is more to what you provide.

Terrible! we were a group of friends, and we had booked a room together; instead, upon our arrival, (among other things, there was an immediate smell of vomit and other things...) the owner told us that he would put us in separate rooms. Some, in relatively clean rooms (even though the guests were special - or worthy of horror films -), while others ended up in the basement. I want to say a few words about this room: I was alone (I'm a 19 year old girl) with five other men of various ages but all very scary, plus in the "common room" there was a drug addict who spent the whole night at phone to scream. The location wasn't great either, because it took quite a while to get to the city.

The worst hostel there is. Rooms are dirty, holes in the ceiling, no lockable toilet. You can camp rather than spend the night there. Pictures speak louder than words. I advise everyone against it. There isn't even a refund or understanding. Terrible

1000% do NOT recommend. When we first arrived, no one was there. We tried to ring the bell, but still nothing. After 10 ish minutes, an almost naked guy (he was wearing a very small swimsuit) came out of the shower (which is meant for guests). He told us we were early and that he hadn't finished the cleaning (to be honest i dont think he ever did cleaning there)When we finally got into the room, a horrible smell hit us. We thought it was because no one had opened the window, so we wanted to do that. Funny thing is, there was no window. There was only an emergency escape door that was hard to open and close. First, you need to put the shutters up, which is not easy because you can't use too much strength or you risk getting them stuck under the wall/ceiling, but you also have to use some strength or they won't move. Also, your view is into the yard where there is a car cemetery.When you book a room for two with a private bathroom and kitchen, you expect the kitchen to be there, right? Wrong. Your "kitchen" is a small, smelly fridge with two shelves. Also, in this room, there is your closet.Speaking of rooms, your other room is the bathroom, which is 3-in-1. When you are showering, the water fills up the whole bathroom (yes, even the toilet, which is REALLY smelly and contaminates the whole apartment), and the water is warm only in the middle.Plus the owner (half naked guy wondering around but is also never there) is going into your room when you're not there. Trust me it's not for the cleaning. First time it happened to us we thought it is because the shatters i mentioned before were broken. But next day it happened again. Me and my boyfriend tried to keep the room clean as much as possible but when we came from sightseeing our things were on the floor or placed differently, the door we kept shut because od the smell were wide open. Luckily nothing was stolen, but it is still terrifying.To sum up my review:HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE DIRTIEST AND SMELLIEST HOSTEL IN THE WHOLE WORLD. Nothing premium about it. You will feel VERY unsafe.

If it were possible I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I can recommend you not to book this accommodation, everything is dirty and unsympathetic. The owner with the bald head made a very incorrect impression and had no interest in me at all even though I ultimately paid, the quote “CUSTOMER IS KING” is not valued. Women are simply put in a room with strange men, which is beneath all dignity for the women's world. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION

One star is even a lot!!! Too impolite stuff and even the owner! I couldn't believe how dirty the rooms and beds were.
The manager was too rude while he talked. Don't waste your money! Nobody was responsible about guests problems. Even I didn't feel safe there. I think 5 stars are fake!

Terrible hostel with cobwebs and bedbugs. Stay away! The rooms are dirty and the staff are rude and unpleasant. I even caught them not changing the bed linens after someone checked out. Should be closed by the police and absolute joke.

Aggressive staff. Unclean rooms - sheets smelled like dirty feet, there were ginger nails and pubic hairs next to the bed. “Cooking facilities” were a joke, no oven or hob, just an old camping stove with no gas lol - also just so unclean that we didn’t want to make foood in there anyway. One member of staff tried to swindle me out of €20, I had to argue to get it back. There was a window next to my bed with their office directly on the other side and the blind kept moving all night. The toilets and showers were disgusting, they reeked and there was human faeces left on the walls for two days. One morning, staff entered our room without warning or permission and began mopping, then shouted at us that we couldn’t leave until the floor was dry. I wouldn’t recommend staying here - even though it’s very cheap, and sort of funny just how bad it is - go somewhere else! The location is pretty good though, it’s very close to an Ubahn station which goes right through some great areas in berlin.

0 stars if you can give it. Very dirty, terrible place, a park of old cars and clothes drying rack, nothing to match what it says on the internet, we lived there for 1 hour, it was a terrible experience, as soon as we arrived we were scared by the facade of the place, we went in and there was rubbish everywhere, we couldn't check in at that time, the place was really scary, we waited 45 minutes, while a naked man was parading through the corridor with a cloth covering only his private parts, when we went to see the room, how horrible, I went to hell for a few moments. We asked for cancellation and they did not return the payment. This cannot be allowed to happen, we left there immediately, because it is not for normal people, only for pigs.I describe it as trashNo securityAccessibility We can only get there by taxi.

Because our 8-bed room accommodated 24 people, we had nice company around the clock. What struck us particularly positively was that even though it was a premium hostel, we didn't just share the room with people in the upper financial class. Alcohol wasn't a taboo topic among our roommates, which contributed significantly to the mood. We were pleased to discover that climate protection is a top priority for the operators of the PREMIUM Hostel, for example they did not use toilet paper and soap in the toilets. By thoughtfully leaving it outWith locks on the toilet doors or some toilet doors in general, you didn't have to miss out on company when going to the toilet. The location was perfect as we had peace and quiet in the industrial area. At least after the truck stop's steel presses were switched off at 2 a.m. We also liked that, unlike other hotels, they didn't use classic white mattresses, but rather ones with a beige-yellow camouflage pattern. Attention was also paid to the safety of our valuables. We were provided with lockers, some of which were even usable in theory. All you had to do to use the lockers was get a lock from the key maker opposite the PREMIUM Hostel€17.99 to purchase and re-screw the back panels. However, it would not be necessary to provide the lockers at all, as we were assured by our absolutely trustworthy roommate and liquor expert that no one would steal from there and it would be enough to shove your valuables under the bed.For the reasons mentioned above, the name PREMIUM Hostel more than does justice to the accommodation. Gladly again!!!
