The rooms in this hotel should no longer be offered to anyone! The carpet in our room was covered in stains, very dirty. The floor in the hallway looked similar. The shower enclosure had mold in the corners. The aerator was missing from the sink faucet. The underground car park (paid for expensively) was a dusty construction site, more building materials storage. To get new towels you have to pick them up at the reception - youth hostel? And for a high price!

Just that there is a store nearby. And a good mattress to sleep on. Today these are two pluses.Didn't like it · Complete deception, the building is under renovation. According to German law, we had no right to enter the building without special protective equipment! We must at least wear a helmet and special shoes! There is no talk of any bar, breakfast, or cleanliness for 09/12/24-09/15/24. There is scaffolding on the building! It is undergoing major renovations, but people continue to move in there, putting them in danger. But they didn’t notify us about the repairs, they simply withdrew money, the coffee machine also doesn’t work. To get into the room, you need to overcome the renovations on the floors where there is construction debris (I’ll provide a photo). There is cement everywhere, torn carpet, exposed electrical wiring. I have a question for BOOKING, do you check the properties you offer? The photo on the website does not correspond to reality at all, perhaps this happened, I won’t argue, but it was obvious when the hotel opened. What people write and what kind of purity they are talking about is also not clear. What does cleanliness mean to people? There is no need to talk about wi-fi, although it was not needed, it worked badly. The carpet in the room is dirty, as if a corpse had decomposed on it and there were stains, all stained, the same chair and crazy stool from the 70s. At 9.00 in the morning, the staff opened the room with their key and was about to clean it, without warning, there were no slippers, although they were present in the photo. Currently, the hotel is not intended for residential purposes. And the activities of the hotel management fall under a criminal article. They deliberately place people on a construction site for profit.

It is currently being renovated. Piece by piece. Anyone who likes to walk across a construction site is in good hands here. It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to constantly check the theater when checking in and out because something wasn't working. Wanting to pay 16.50 just for a coffee is outrageous. For my colleague this cost 14.50. What's going on there?

Dirty room from the 70s, with crazy kitchen stools. The only good thing is the mattress and the store nearby. The floor covering is streaked and stained, as if there were no slippers on it, the staff burst into the room in the morning to clean it. The coffee machine doesn't work, the glasses are dirty.

The hotel is just a construction site. Unfortunately, this was not communicated in this way either during the booking or during the confirmation. To get to the very shabby room, you first have to pass the construction site and then a corridor of unfinished, empty rooms

I found myself in this hotel due to a canceled flight. It is about twenty minutes from the airport by taxi (cost around 40 euros) and is located in a fairly desolate area. Arriving at around 9pm I necessarily had to have dinner at McDonald's due to lack of alternatives. Room on the second floor but with a closed corridor and a tortuous path to follow due to work in progress and because, according to the receptionist, some bad people were entering the hotel. Carpet full of damp stains and smells like smoke.Friendly staff but never again.

The location itself is just 15 km from the center. The taxi driver wants €40 for it and Uber wants €20. As for the hotel itself, the hotel itself probably exists on a once-built basis, they have money for basic care of the facility, but more expensive services are not provided, such as cleaning carpets to remove stubborn stains. Wifi in the hotel works without any problems in terms of basic usage (limit 600MB/day)Ps: Our room had a fine layer of dust so I guess no one had been there for a long time.

The rooms are ok, parking is either on the road under a sign or in your own parking lot but for 12 € (to get in you have to go through another half-hour quest), there is no breakfast (the dining room is being renovated, and part of the hotel is also being renovated), but there is a McDonald's and a bunch of cafes nearby . I don’t see any problems with the lack of breakfast and parking, but this was included in the price when booking.

Dirty, musty, everything was very rickety and partly defective. We're not even talking about dirty carpeting here. Hotel staff incompetent, you also have to speak English here.

Slept there for 2 nights. The room was very run down, but ok clean. The bathroom had a very bad mold problem. It was very, very loud in the hotel, doors were constantly slamming and there was construction work going on. So unfortunately you couldn't sleep well. But the employees were very friendly. The room smelled extremely like smoke and also very musty.

A little outside the city, in a relatively quiet area... We can say that it is a perfect value-for-money hotel in a city like Berlin, where accommodation is expensive. The only handicap is that the metro does not come here in a city full of metro lines...

The hotel/room is in poor condition. The rooms smell musty and everything seems worn.Breakfast room only poorly prepared. The lady shouts private things like company or name across the room every time you say the room number.Fill out lists instead of filling up the buffet with your colleague.The hotel is loud and smelly on a main street next to a McDonald’s…Never again!!

We were (unfortunately) billeted there for the European Championships.As a result, the prices are already high.It wouldn't be so bad if the room or building were better.Over 400 euros for 2 nights for 2 people without breakfast is too much for this room.Many things are defective.The bathroom was renovated, but why is the silicone joints coming loose and why is the shower door rusting?Lamps next to the bed hang askew.Window handle is loose.Carpet partly very dirty.And this should have been a modern room.There is a driveway on the side for wheelchair users, but it is paved and not well suited for wheelchair users. (My opinion)But now to the positive:Something's going on. The hotel is being renovated.Therefore, part of the hotel is closed and there is a freight elevator hanging on the facade.The employees are very friendly.I was even able to hand in 2 ice packs and they were put in the hotel's ice chest. Important because I had medication that needed to be cooled and we traveled with the Germany ticket (approx. 8 hours by train)

Not a nice hotel, very unfriendly staff. English is not spoken, in any case they do not make any effort to do so. Very little choice at breakfast.Rooms are not cleaned in between and towels are not replaced. We had to get them from somewhere ourselves.What you pay for this hotel is not worth it!
