The check-in computer was too complicated for us, and the telephone hotline was not helpful at all, even sloppy.But finally inside, we found a nice, clean room.We'd love to come back, now we know how to get in...

When you finally check in, you get a nice, clean room with little street noise. However, despite booking and email confirmation, we stood around in front of the hotel for 45 minutes and fought first with a plastic box and then with an employee on the phone to enter the booking number. Not a good start! We weren't the only ones, we were standing in front of the closed hotel door with 6 other people. Another drawback of the hotel is the really bad internet connection via a hotspot, which spontaneously breaks down or is simply not available. Not at all contemporary, especially not for trade fair visitors. Too bad

We were pleasantly surprised. Rooms are very quiet and large bathroom. Checking in with a computer downstairs at the entrance was new territory, but it worked really well. Have your booking number with you! Drinks are available in the hallway against a tally. Here you still trust the guest. Very good value for money. Hotel is very centrally located. Parking is a bit difficult. Nevertheless, full marks, we would love to come back.

An excellent small hotel in a former residential building in Berlin with a quiet and green courtyard. If you need to go to the Dominikus Hospital, there are great connections.The Greenwich steamer pier is about a 10 minute walk. We will be back.

A very nice house with very different impressions. Here you decide for yourself when booking: the standard rooms are very shabby, the comfort rooms, on the other hand, are really okay and also have good bathroom facilities. All the booking portals I have seen have wonderful pictures of a breakfast buffet, but there is no breakfast at all. If you know that it's probably okay, from 8 a.m. there are cafés in the area with a great breakfast. Overall the location is very good. Parking spaces are not that generous

Very quiet hotel, nice staff. Unfortunately no elevator and the shower. The joints in the shower should be a little cleaner, otherwise everything else was very clean, parking only narrow cars otherwise park on the street and no breakfast included but that's not a problem because there There are enough options nearby.

Apparently I got the oldest room, it was hot and stuffy and with the windows open the room was a mosquito paradise. When asked about breakfast, you were simply referred to the surrounding area...I cannot recommend the Hitel for business trips at all.Edit: Based on the answer you can also see that this hotel is not really open to criticism. Portraying the customer as too stupid to use a window (which was already open when I arrived).Without opening the window the room would be too stuffy. Maybe a renovation including modernization would be a better choice instead of portraying your guests as too stupid.

Very clean and very quiet. Still centrally located with the subway right next door. There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the area, so it is completely okay that there is no breakfast. The reception was not staffed in the evening, but if you had any questions about checking in, someone could be reached immediately by phone.

Hotel is in a quiet location, no parking spaces, rooms facing the back yard are very quiet. Very small room, no staffed reception, at least after 7 p.m. and no breakfast. The self-service refrigerator was good.
