Absolutely recommended family-run hotel! A good starting point for activities in the surrounding area. Quiet but convenient location, parking is free, room has everything you need, decent bathroom. Beautiful old house, lovingly designed courtyard. Breakfast is good and fresh, the chef in the restaurant is great, he prepared the meals fresh and very well. The owner family is very friendly, attentive and committed. A stay that was fun.

We spent a child-free weekend here and really enjoyed it. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, the spa area is very well maintained and beautiful. The food is very good!The Venus room in the spa is particularly recommended for couples; you should book this in advance

After we had a car breakdown near the town of Groß-Kreutz and we received the message that this repair would take a day, we looked for somewhere to stay overnight. Here we came across the Hotel Mohr. However, it seemed impossible to find a taxi company for 5 people from Groß-Kreutz to Toplitz. I explained this problem to the hotel owner and he quickly agreed to pick me and my family up! I have rarely experienced such friendliness and willingness to help (especially these days). Food was great, room was clean and value for money was great.Always happy!

Well we have accidentally booked the wrong hotel - my husband is American and booked it, but we were planning to stay at a hotel with the same name in Austria.By the time we arrived , we saw the reservation was wrong . We called to apologize and cancel and see if maybe we could get at least a partial refund ( there's nothing to clean, no food needed etc etc)Anyways:My husband calls . The guy at the hotel says: oh I don't speak English. Doesn't try to get anybody or whatever and hangs up.Then a few minutes later I, the German, call and talk to him.VERY RUDE PERSON!he does not let me finish my sentence , says no thats not us , we are Mohr Hotel ...I said : yea exactly that's what I was trying to say ! You have a reservation in our name for four people correct?He goes: oh JA!So I apologize and try to explain the whole thing - and he just literally flips me off, doesn't let me finish my sentence again, he does not negotiate and just says: well.. too late, not my fault.And then again ( I'm being very very polite!!) he doesn't let me finish my sentence, just denies and then hangs up on me while I'm talking.THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER TALKED TO AT ANY HOTEL.we're still waiting on email response, but they don't seem to care at all.Very sad! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE.

Pictures do not correspond to reality! Rooms stink, location and house are very bad. Breakfast is terrible, fried eggs lie dry on the buffet.Charging an e-bike costs a lot of extra money. At 170 euros a night it's hard to believe, especially since you could remove the batteries and charge them in the room without any problem.We do NOT recommend the hotel and will NEVER come back!

Hotel near Potsdam; First impression wasn't that great.The inner courtyard is lovingly planted, the welcome from the boss is warm and familiar.Our wedding room with bathroom was clean and quiet, but a little rustic.Breakfast buffet was rich and fresh.The food was excellent; We were also there during asparagus season

Very well-run house with free parking and a top kitchen. We were absolutely thrilled with the food and satisfied with the price/performance ratio. I can especially recommend the asparagus dishes. The drinks were also very good. You quickly get into conversation with the manager of the house. There are indoor and outdoor seating.

Very nice pleasant atmosphere.A family business that is run with a lot of love.The breakfast buffet is very varied, fresh and tasty.The wellness facility is extensive and very tastefully decorated.The hotel is the place where you feel comfortable and can relax.It wasn't the last time we were there.

I have rarely (no, I'm correcting ☝️) experienced such an ugly, unfriendly phone call! I don't know the guy's name (I can't describe him any other way because man wouldn't be the right word!), but it doesn't matter here. I'm of the opinion that someone like that has no place at the reception. Playing with stones would be a better alternative! We didn't get to visit this hotel, they made sure of that. Slowed me down even before I booked, so to speak. It's a shame, because the reviews of the hotel sound great. And the pictures don't reflect the connection with such a strange creature either! Since I always prefer a personal conversation instead of booking straight away via booking com, I chose this route. Maybe I'll choose this hotel again at some point, simply to rehabilitate my opinion and, if necessary, to relieve the apparently so annoyed guy of his stress or displeasure with a proper, friendly conversation! Unbelievable!!! Not least because he became insulting and ultimately ended the call by hanging up! PS: I'll select the categories that would have been considered!
