Beautiful, dignified hotel with a long tradition - that's how only Charlottenburg feels! The previous reviewers have said everything that I fully agree with. But what should be highlighted is the friendly and warm staff: no rush, happy to have a chat every now and then. Thank you!

The 'HOTEL BRANDIES' is a real pearl in the Berlin hotel landscape and receives only the best reviews from me. The hotel, located in the Charlottenburg district, welcomes the guest with a warmth that is otherwise often lost in a family atmosphere. The reception alone, which is actually staffed 24 hours a day and looks after every guest competently, exudes friendliness and sophistication, the rooms are bright and comfortably furnished, always very clean, and the furniture is obviously very well maintained. In the morning you can look forward to a rich breakfast buffet. Any special requests (fried eggs) are happy to be fulfilled, as a friendly specialist is available here throughout the breakfast period. A big compliment to the entire staff, you can immediately tell that they put their heart and soul into it.

Hotel with classic rooms, very large bathroom. An elevator that is over a hundred years old takes you up to the 5th floor. Breakfast is delicious and lovingly prepared - and available from 6.30 a.m. Extremely friendly team and good location right on Kaiserdamm within walking distance of the trade fair. My stay was very pleasant, I would happily go back.

Room is clean. Even though you called before booking, the information given differs from the facts, such as: WiFi should be available, no, only WiFi is available, unfortunately not all devices are compatible, which is why you ask. P.S. The only answer I can say is that your WLAN was called in advance and it was said that it was only for guests, it was not said that you had to log in via the browser client, and it was in an open and unsecured state, so different from your information, website and upon request.

Very friendly staff - same staff for many years! This shows consistency and, as I have also confirmed, the satisfaction of the employees.The breakfast is rich and varied.The rooms have high ceilings (old building) and the connection to public transport is excellent. Located directly at the "Kaiserdamm" subway station, it invites you to linger, the inner courtyard is cozy, the rooms are functional and beautifully furnished, the elevator and the breakfast buffet are a real highlight and have to be experienced, great!

We booked a night at the Brandies Hotel at very short notice and were pleasantly surprised by the consistently positive experience. We received a warm welcome when we called and our request was dealt with immediately and easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was not only beautiful but also clean. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was very pleasant and it is obvious that a lot of importance is placed on guest satisfaction.

A text about the star rating later: Incredibly friendly staff, very nice, quiet and cool room (midsummer), super delicious breakfast, great price-performance ratio, entering the elevator always feels like the beginning of a journey back in time to the beautiful old building, great Location, surrounded by great restaurants, well connected to the public (…). We felt very, very comfortable here and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. 👏✨
