The employees hardly speak any German and no English. The rooms are run down and extremely dirty, there is a strong smell everywhere (mostly of urine) and the toilets in the room don't have a toilet seat. Absolutely disgusting. It is very noisy due to aircraft noise and guests. The majority of the guests are Eastern European craftsmen who drink until late into the night and are therefore loud. There are no parking spaces for trucks and buses. Definitely not recommended, not even for a night or assembly worker.

NEVER AGAIN !!! Wanted to check in in the evening, booked and paid in advance. Check-in not possible because the check-in computer didn't work... Had to sleep on the hallway floor!!! When asked the next morning there was no help either, only with a shrugging shoulder referred to the boss, who of course is also unavailable!! NEVER AGAIN IBIS!!!!

Check-in machine is not reliable. Didn't work for me. Check-in is only possible with staff from 5:00 p.m. Phone number not reachable. I then stood around for 60 minutes. Friendly employee helped in advance.Breakfast times don't match. Buffet opens at 6:30 but is still setting up at 6:40Room OK for 1 starEdit: Despite the late check out, the cleaning staff are acting like terror from 8:00 a.m. and are constantly barging into the room

Rooms are more like a bad youth hostel. The bathroom can't even be called that. A plastic cell where the toilet has neither a toilet seat nor a lid. The sink is in the bedroom. The worst hotel room I've ever had!

The best hotel where I have been.. I have never seen so much dirt in the hotel room, toilet cleaness was better in metro than here. I was afraid even to eat there… it was very amazing experience, next time I will chose to stay at train station.

It was clear to us that we couldn't expect any luxury. Everything was set up very simply.Which was uncomfortable. The man at the reception barely understood us. German staff is rare, okay, but you should probably still be able to speak the language given your position. He was also unkempt and half the room smelled of sweat.The rooms are equipped with a small double bed and a loft bed. Duvets and pillows, but only for 2! When I asked for another pillow at the reception, the gentleman gave me a pillow with yellow and very dark spots. Probably sweat and blood and a reference. When I asked, I received a clean pillow.The floors in the hallway and in the room are so dirty that my son had black soles on his socks after 10 minutes.The floor of the loft bed, where you inevitably had to look, was also dirty. Brown dried liquid. Shower and toilet, well...it wasn't really clean!Next time we'd rather invest €20 more.This hotel is absolutely not comparable to Ibis Budget in Düren. We felt comfortable in Düren. Which is why we booked an Ibis Budget in Berlin. Was a mistake!

Do not recommend this hotel! Rates -5I had high expectations here..😔I slept in this hotel for two nights and I have to say that it was not cozy with bed bugs in the bed and flying animals on the walls, the shower was terribly small and when you use the shower there is water all over the bathroom floor, the sink had very poor water strength and was not cold water. The beds were very short for me (170cm) and the mattress was painful to sleep on. Two sockets in the room are too small for 3 people when everyone needs to charge their phone and earplugs. I think in my opinion. Have a brilliantly enchanting day and DO NOT choose THIS HOTEL.

Credit card was deposited with the booking because a later arrival was announced. But you couldn't burden them. The hotel is getting old, there is no elevator and the room must have been a smoking room at one time, you could still feel and smell it. Furthermore, the shower wasn't clean, there was hair everywhere 🤮. Toilet paper was supposed to be brought, but unfortunately nothing happened until the following day.
