There is a reservation for today 13/09 until 22/09 .You ask us to check in online .Because your system cannot read a clear photo of the license ID which is acceptable to you , you do not give a password for the apartment .You ask me to do it again and you accept it .But you got the money .I don't believe you should refund money because your system is not working properly ...Could you please send someone to check the details so that people are not inconvenienced .I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and accommodations in many countries, this is the first time this has happened to me !!!You have paid for parking and you have not received codes. You send an email to support and they answer you 2 hours later (just enter the garage door code) and after you have parked on the street at the risk of receiving a fine. At 00:15 you receive another email with detailed parking instructions. They say on the website that there is a washing machine, the code to enter them was never sent !!! Next to my bed there is a column (not made of concrete) and if it happens that a person who cannot do acrobatics or has mobility problems stays on it, he is not going to sleep. In general, it is a much smaller room than all the ones I have stayed in Germany. The best of all was done with a colleague's room that just came out of it was a couple who had been given the same room. Fortunately for the colleague, they had another code and could not get in...

Top. Cheap, clean, well located. Just no on-site service. Everything via website or telephone. That can sometimes take a while. But if you stick to the procedures, everything will be fine

So the location of the hotel is great.The kitchen is lovingly furnished. Salt, pepper and oil are available. Tea towels and everything you need to wash up are also available.By a fully equipped (as stated) kitchen I mean a stove. But it was possible without it. A refrigerator with an ice compartment was integrated in the kitchen.There is also an elevator in the building.The cleanliness was given. However, it was quite dusty. But I have to say that the room has a “ventilation/air conditioning” I think that’s partly why.Unfortunately, the shower cubicle could not be closed correctly and flooding was inevitable in the bathroom. There was a hairdryer for that!The underground car park is really negative.I parked in it and no one could answer me how to leave this garage. Luckily, an employee happened to be there and he fired me. But no one from the staff could help me on the phone.

Top location at Tempelhof. Could sleep well here, mattress is comfortable. Actually, I can't sleep well in strange beds, but I can here. Check-in also worked perfectly.

The hotel is in a good location as it is on a side street. The rooms are very modern and newly equipped, full marks for that. I had booked the earliest possible arrival from 1 p.m. Unfortunately, I didn't have the code at 2 p.m. I received the code over the phone after an endless wait. Should be described better on the website. The real disadvantage was the reserved parking space, which wasn't there. Therefore no full points. I hope I get the money refunded.

Unfortunately not really clean. Mirrors and doors haven't been wiped for a while and all surfaces are dusty and dirty. The room is very noisy and unfortunately can hardly be darkened. Unfortunately, the night was already over because of the street noise and brightness. There were no advertised amenities either. Unfortunately, my request for an earlier check-in was not processed well with a variety of information. I will not come back or recommend limehome

Excellent rooms, neat and tidy. No problems with other guests. Everything is self-service. That takes some figuring out, but it works fine. Location is great, near Tempelhof and at the rear is a cute little park. Furthermore, it is along a fairly busy road. Not very cozy, but there are many restaurants. And the metro is approximately on the doorstep.

A hotel that is supposed to function without staff. Booking, check-in and check-out via links after the decision has been made online. Payment only by card online anyway.There is a kitchenette in the room so you can cater for yourself.The house looks modern, the rooms are relatively newly furnished.Before booking I had to clarify something over the phone. No long waiting times, very friendly, quick response.Hm, that's probably another step into the future and many jobs will be rationalized away again.I'm over 50 and simply know many service processes differently.It may be that everything can work without human staff, but is that better??In any case, it wasn't particularly cheap.

Absolutely incredible hotel. It is unmanned (so I can't rate the service), and it doesn't quite feel like a hotel. You get a code to get in the front door that is the same as your room code and that is it! It was cheap, and included a fully-filled kitchen. There is a small supermarket around the corner that contained everything we needed and it all fit in the mini fridge. This was summer, and a huge fan was provided with the room. One of the strangest but most pleasant hotel stays I've ever had, completely unexpectedly. The only downside is the plug on the kitchen counter didn't work, so we had to boil water on the floor nearby. Funny but charming experience and I really enjoyed staying here.

So far so good. Unfortunately, the machine in the foyer wasn't filled in the 4 days I was there and was permanently empty. You couldn't get into the lounge, no code worked. Otherwise quite nice there.
