Price very high compared to the level of rooms you can expect. I had a double bad yet only one blanket and pillow was provided. The pillow was really bad with no fill in it…I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are desperate. Service at the counter was bad..there was a queue at desk and even though there were two employees, only one expedited. The other hardly left his finger to help.

A house that is clearly showing its age.In order to do justice to the price, extensive renovation work should be carried out quickly.A “friendliness offensive” among staff would also be appropriate for individual employees.The meager breakfast is included.

Among all i will have to say they had the worst ever pillows to begin with .. although we stayed here just for sleeping as we had our family lives nearby and had been out all day … Hope they would really do something about extremely uncomfortable pillows that really make it hard for sleep …

We stayed for 2 nights with my wife and our friends. The staff was caring and friendly. They allowed us to check in early.The rooms were clean and adequate.The location was in a beautiful and safe area.You can reach the metro by walking in 7-8 minutes. 5-6 stops to other squares etc.To go to the train station, bus number 120 goes right next to the hotel. It was very comfortable. Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was unbelievable to see the bed like this when I came back on the second day. I am sure some one came in for cleaning and making beds and can’t believe why they thought this state of work was complete…Also no cleaning in the bathroom. Poor service at the reception as well.

Unfriendly, unprofessional and overpriced. Also outdated. One of the worst hotels in Berlin to date, unfortunately. Upon arrival you are forced to pay straight away, booking request, promise was not kept. We wanted a quiet room for a longer business stay and received a noisy room facing the street. The team except the night watchman and the lady from HR have no idea about tourism and how to deal with guests. It's a shame, the location is ok, the rest is a disaster. Absolutely not recommended.

When we opened the door to the room, we were greeted by a very unpleasant and intense smell. We wanted to open the window but needed help from a service person. She didn't quite speak our language, but after a while she understood what we wanted. The mattress was very soft and remote, you constantly woke up at night either because you were in pain or because some of your limbs fell asleep. The furniture was scratched and very old, little light. The sink was cracked and scratched, the shower is very small and there was mold everywhere in the silicone joints. The location is okay, nice and quiet to sleep. But very secluded to get to the nightlife. For us it was an emergency solution - otherwise we wouldn't check in there again

Stayed here for 2 nights when interrailing, hotel is just 20 min away from Berlin central train station by bus (the bus stop is just around the corner), there is also a metro station about 15 min walk away from the hotel, so it’s easy to get to the city centre. We arrived late at night and had to use side door which you can use only with your key card, it shows that hotel personnel cares for the safety of those who stay here. Unfortunately, receptionist was a bit unhelpful when we just checked it, he saw how tired we were but took way too long with all the papers. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, rooms were highly equipped, clean and comfortable. Recommend for those who look for something less cheap but worth it.

The room was fine. The bed or mattress too. However, there were feather beds: not for those with allergies! Unfortunately, the dinner was more reminiscent of bad canteen food. The white wine was more the color of beer and tasted off. We let it go back and didn't pay.The staff in the evening were overwhelmed and sometimes not very friendly.The breakfast in the morning was okay, but unfortunately my boiled egg was also not edible. It's a shame, there's still room for improvement!

We often stay in Berlin, but we definitely won't stay in this hotel a second time.An employee at breakfast, Ms. K. N., was very unfriendly.When it's over 30 degrees you can't sleep without air conditioning in the room.
