We reserved 3 rooms as a group six months in advance. With 3 room vouchers. When we arrived today our vouchers were deleted and we had to pay the full price. How can that be??? If we had known this sooner, we would not have booked this hotel. The vouchers are even transferable according to the terms and conditions. The reception is also not helpful at all.Was the last time...

The B&Bs simply have the right price-performance ratio. Bookings are easy, cancellation options are very accommodating, the staff at reception is very friendly and the rooms are functional but comfortable. Exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

I am a part-time student in Berlin and was here in the hotel for the first time this month. The rooms were nicely decorated and the room was very clean. Breakfast wasn't very special but sufficient. I'll definitely be back next month!

Acceptable city hotel with good connections to public transport, the subway is barely 50m away.Extremely narrow underground car park, it just works with a Touran. Unfortunately the traffic light system for the exit is broken.The breakfast is very simple. There is no hot food, but we were definitely full.

The hotel and the rooms have been recently renovated/refurbished. That looks great. What I didn't like was that you could see from the carpets that they were only vacuumed "quickly, quickly" - a no-go, especially for me as someone who can't get rid of dust. Clearly visible traces of dust under the bed and in the window area - see photos. This makes you wonder whether cleaning is done quickly, i.e. superficially, in every respect.For just under €200 for 2 nights you can really expect more.Location is great and service was okay. I like the possibility of being able to check in myself.

Elevator was rebuilt. Otherwise nice people, friendly staff. Ambiance okay, rooms, cheap, simple standard, clean. No coffee or tea in the room but you can get it cheaply next to the reception.

The room I stayed had very bad noise isolation: I constantly heard different noises such as the guests next door talking on the phone, turning on an off the water, walking, water running through the pipe, and so on, not to mention the noise from the street. Woke up in the middle of the night, because someone next door was on the phone, I had to put on my noise canceling headphones to be able to sleep. The floor also had a weird smell due to the renovation. The first room I got had very strong cigarette smell, but the reception gave me another room, thanks for that.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotel City-West in Berlin during the marathon weekend. The hotel was cozy and offered great value for its location, just a short 2-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient. It was about 30 minutes from Brandenburg Gate and 35 minutes to Alexanderplatz, so getting to major landmarks was easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect spot to relax after a busy day. Despite the bustling marathon weekend, the hotel maintained a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend for both comfort and accessibility in Berlin.

Everything was wonderful!Only one nuance, which spoiled the impression a little - only one elevator was working, so we had to wait for a long time, but this is just a temporary difficulty).Thank you!

A few years ago I was a guest in various b&b houses. In the meantime, things have developed further, and not necessarily for the better. Yes, you can sleep quite reasonably, but breakfast requires significant compromises. If you can live with the fact that things don't exist right now (rolls are out, there are no coffee cups, a limited selection of sausages, the fruit juice dispenser is empty...), it might work...
