All in all, a very cozy hotel with extremely friendly breakfast staff - especially Haxhi! The only thing I would have liked was more fruit selection and vegan cold cuts/spreads at breakfast.

It was the first time for me here, the staff were so friendly as cooperative specially the restaurant persons named hajee, and also the receptionist was so nice.The breakfast was so great for me containing a lot of variety.Finally the place was near to the metro station but there was some noises came from the traffic out side the hotel specially if your room is facing the front side.

The breakfast on the panoramic floor is very good and varied. The view over the Kaiserdamm to the television tower, Olympic stadium (bell tower) and exhibition center is fantastic. Haxhi's kindness, attentiveness and helpfulness during breakfast was exceptional. With my handicap, I always had unobtrusive, warm support! I felt very comfortable at breakfast. This breakfast makes up for everything that would have to be compromised in the room (pillow too small with no alternative, no water in the room, no mini fridge, gurgling radiators, old windows), but is understandable given the price of the room.

Hotel can be recommended. Price performance is right. Special praise to the friendliest and most attentiveEmployee (Haxhi) in the breakfast room. He makes the sun shine and fulfills all wishes. The hotel should consider itself lucky to have him. If we come back, it will mainly be because of him. Rooms clean and tidy.

For us this hotel was great. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the room, there was hair everywhere. Breakfast was very tasty and all the staff were friendly.

Great come back after many nights in a earlier years. Great location close to Messe Berlin. From the lady of the reception to to the kindest waiter (Haxhi) and waitress at the breakfast who i know from many years are all very kind en an qualitative breakfast. We come back again!

The location is perfect for trade fair visitors. The room is clean and tidy. However, there is no air conditioning and with the windows open it is just awfully loud!The breakfast is good and the service is perfect at breakfast. Haxdhi (hopefully spelled correctly) is super friendly and very accommodating. It ensures a good start to the day. This employee is a huge plus!

An absolute hit in terms of price-performance ratio. During my stay, the room was quiet and the sleeping comfort was exceptionally good. The next bus stop with a direct connection to Zoo train station is around 250 m away, the nearest subway station is 400 m away and the Berliner Ring S-Bahn is around 800 m away.

Everything was spotlessly clean, friendly, even a bathtub in the room. We were even able to check in at 2:10 p.m., although officially it only starts at 3 p.m. Good location too. All in all a good experience.

A pearl in a good location! Everything is fine here, simple but good!Reasonable breakfast, prices at the nice bar, there is a welcome drink (soft or beer, ok for us) free parking was possible in front of the house on the street, everything was really good here! We'd love to come back!
