The hotel is right in the heart of Friedrichshein. It's just a few minutes' walk to de-ice at Boxhagenerplatz, where everyone can find something to eat. The hotel is clean and easy to find.

Nice atmosphere. The hotel has a voworking space that you can rent. Very large, very nice with sofas and kitchen, but hotel guests walk along from the rooms to the entrance. Nevertheless: great atmosphere!!

As soon as I arrived to the address, it took me a while to find the actual hotel. Once found I started following the signs posted on the walls pointing me in the direction of my room #. It literally lead me into a trap. The elevator was out of service with no sign. And once I entered the elevator shaft area the door locked behind me. None of the codes that were given were able to unlock the door. They don’t have a number to call for Numa Sketch. Nobody to help me get out. I was stuck for about 20 minutes before some guests heard me banging and trying to kick down the door. And came to see what all the noise was about. They were able to open the door for me from the outside just as I was calling the police/emergency services to come and hopefully release me. This was the worst welcome I’ve ever received at any hotel ever. They should have at least one worker on site at all times. There is nobody to refer to when there is a problem. There should have been a sign on the door! Or at least they should have put up detour signs which lead to the stairs. None of this was present, the posted signs literally just lead me into a trap. Not to mention the building is difficult to navigate without guidance. There is no room service. Showers are tiny. No iron for your clothes etc. This hotel seems like a good idea in theory, but is very much not practical.

Hello,We came here for the INNOTRANS trade fair. To cut a long story short, uploading your passport etc. electronically is a bit time-consuming to get to the key code. The way to the rooms with the very old elevators also takes forever... We paid €300 per night and what we get delivered to our door every day for breakfast is really ridiculous. A piece of dried out bread with O juice. The room is only cleaned after you leave, which is rather unusual. If you save on staff you can at least offer a decent breakfast and a full fridge with drinks (which was empty). Rooms are fine and the surrounding area with many restaurants is also good.

We booked the Intimate Studio room. Everything was great. Easy to check in and out, early check-in, late check out. Room was clean and cozy. Only the shower space was way too small. I am skinny type of body but still feel too cramped for me. MAYBE the bigger room equipped with larger shower space.

The building itself was very interesting,I knew the shortcut to the room but every time I used the main entrance and enjoyed walking in the corridors opening doors after doors.Room are clean tidy and well equipped.Big windows lots of natural light.Location of this NUMA is one station from the airport and from the train station it takes 10min.It’s in a very lively neighborhood with a lot of shops,restaurants and bars.Very close to bus stations and the most important…on walking distance from berghain club.what else do you need to choose this place to stay.Price-performance was at the top for me.Check in self check in and super smooth.After 11(check out time)you can’t enter your room anymore even if it’s 11:01👀😁

As nice as the rooms are, unfortunately the service is just as bad. The online verification with your ID card only works half-time and it really got on my nerves. This is certainly great for people who like to make their own working hours available to another company and then pay high room prices. This accommodation is definitely not suitable for people who still have a bit of service thought. Once and never again... I am really very disappointed with the service and the non-existent service concept. Hopefully this concept will not continue to prevail and reduce jobs in the hotel industry in order to then still charge similar room prices to others.

Very good accomodation in Berlin on Simon Dach street. The room was super clean and had everything we needed it, including a small kitchinette. Also there are common spaces, well equipped if you need to work. All the details are shared both in app and on whats app so check in / out is seemless. Highly recommend.

The bedding is very good (a significant point), free access to coffee and drinks, a laundry room available if you need to run a machine, it's great!! As well as free clean towels also available. Great!! Everything is done online very simply and quickly

Numa has everything you need for a perfect stay !From an online check-in, to self-services appartement, it is home away from home !Sketch has a really good design, everything is clean and thoughtful (portable A/c already install before checking, som fresh drinks and nice body products) they also gave away some ice cream during hot days.Also, even tho there is no reception, you have the platform on WhatsApp reachable 24/7. An AI reply to you at first, but if it is for more specific questions, you can get a real person quickly.I would definitly stay again in this residence, and you for sure recommend it to any one !
