Inspired by the website, we booked this hotel. The rooms and the beds are a disaster. There is a lot of work with chlorine because the bathrooms have mold. After a change, at least the bathroom was a little better. It's so small that it can certainly be cleaned quickly. The beds are anything but comfortable. We'd rather not talk about the carpet at all.The breakfast room, which is sufficient for three stars, should be mentioned positively. There are very few friendly staff. The rest is more withdrawn and not very communicative. Because of the good location, you could get everywhere quickly. That compensated us somewhat. We definitely wouldn't book it again!

I would like to thank you very much for such good services. The people are very nice and helpful. For me, these are more important than small signs of use in the room or bathroom. I will definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel and can fully recommend it. It's not a 5 star hotel but the room was clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a shorter stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough.The breakfast was rich and delicious. There was a good selection of fresh food.The service throughout the hotel was very friendly and helpful and we felt welcome at all times.A big plus point is the central location. Many sights can be reached in a short time and the connection to public transport is excellent.All in all, great value for money. We would come back at any time!

Rooms were definitely not like the pictures on the internet. The 3 bed room was pretty tight for 3 people, the shower wasn't really comfortable either and the size of the bathroom was more than small.The breakfast was good and the staff always tried to refill food, clear and clean tables.The location is really good! The train is right in front of the door (the volume is very loud when the window is open) and you can reach Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and Co within a few minutes.All in all, I wouldn't book it again.

The hotel is not particularly inviting from the outside, but the inside is already showing its age. Apparently there are big differences in the rooms, our room was a double room with a relatively good standard. Small but sufficient. The cleanliness was also ok, no windows as already described. Breakfast buffet was okay, but not a highlight. The hallways and corridors have long been in need of renovation. The upper floor is probably used as refugee accommodation, so it has a bit of a strange aftertaste. The area is noisy but easily accessible. The gastronomy in the area isn't the best, but then again it's Berlin.

This hotel was relatively cost-effective during the Berlin Marathon. I thought it would be a trap, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quiet, the breakfast was delicious (10 euros), and the location is very convenient, close to two subway stations.In short, go for it, you won't get into trouble.

185€/night for 1 day stay in this room is an overkill. 5star rates with no amenities. Stained carpets, rooms not sound proof. Housekeeping doesn't bother to refill shower gel. Bathroom was smaller than my closet. Reception lady wasn't friendly either. Poor experience
