Very good quality for a hostel, even if it looks different from the outside. Quiet, tidy and clean rooms, surprisingly extensive breakfast buffet, very quiet despite there being two school classes in the hotel. Only the windows could be better soundproofed, because it's extremely loud outside all the time. The area is well...Neukölln...but you know that beforehand...overall you can't go wrong with this hostel.

Unfortunately it's right on Hermannsplatz and from my room I could hear all the hustle and bustle at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Very nice staff. The rooms are very clean and were cleaned daily.The breakfast buffet was rich and tasted very good. Always fresh rolls, crispy and delicious.We'd love to come back.

Service not really helpful. Rooms were okay, although small and dirty in some places. The windows were leaky, so you could hear the noise from the street. The location in Neuköln was quite good. However, in my opinion there are better alternatives to this hostel.

Nice Hostel in a vivid neighbourhood. Rooms not bright new, but clean with very friendly and engaged staff. Breakfast buffet has a broad variety of choices. Only thing to mention is the time choice of your breakfast: be prepared, that the breakfast restaurant is quite full and unfortunately there are always people which are using it for long smalltalk instead of having breakfast and leave to make room for other guests. So I asked to take my breakfast to my room and it was no problem, so I ate in the silence and private atmosphere of my room. Anytime again!

The area is a bit ugly, but it is well connected, close to the metro and there is a lot to eat around. The treatment was friendly. Clean and the beds isolate you well from the rest of the room.The laundry takes longer than they tell you, but they still leave the clothes in good condition.

Super friendly staff, doing their best. Building is not very new and close to a hospital, so if you are light sleeper, you might be woken up all might long by noise of ambulances driving by. Not a great night of sleep.

Reading the comments I realized that many people complain about the actions of other guests when it has nothing to do with the performance of the hostel, do not expect to be in a private room, the hostel was excellent 10/10

Fantastic location in Kreuzberg and nice place. Very good facilites and rooms. Just missing a bigger and friendly meeting point/ bar/Kantin. Maybe a bot expensive breakfast biffet

Our double room was well maintainedbut already clearly showing its age. At the end of our departure the vent came loose from the ceiling as a large amount of water appeared to be dripping down from above. It's not that bad, it can happen. The service was super nice and helpful. The location offers everything for celebrating, having breakfast and shopping. It can get a little loud.

Positive surprise - very nice staff, good room.Everything is a bit older, but clean and functional.Herrmannplatz is a "rustic" corner, but well connected by subway and you can quickly walk to the very nice side streets.

I booked a 8 bed dormitory for a night and it was just the thing I needed! I was attending a concert at the Huxley concert hall and the hotel is only a 5 min walk. Beds are clean, rooms have lockers for your personal belongings but you need padlocks (which they do sell at the lobby). I was offered a free drink at check in , but I took that drink for check out! Many restaurants and places nearby. Super friendly staff!

A beautiful hotel, the staff is nice and friendly, the welcome is wonderful and the hotel owner offered us a free cup of coffee to welcome us. The rooms are clean and spacious with a beautiful view in the center. For those who like noise, shops and shopping, this hotel is suitable and we love this atmosphere. The room is cleaned every day and there are two parks near the hotel for the whole day at a very reasonable price of 7 euros. I can highly recommend the hotel
