I booked the hole for 4 nights and was disappointed more often than expected. It starts with the fact that there is a dining table in every room, but you are not allowed to use it because you are not allowed to take food into the room. In addition, the elevator works really well, it only got stuck 3 times in 4 days. Among them, there was a case where you sat in the elevator for 90 minutes and the staff couldn't open the elevator because they didn't have the key. Once you look at the prices of the machine, you'll be amazed. When you leave the place in the evening, you have to expect a group of bums with clubs in their hands gathering in front of the hole. Whether the room has WiFi is like playing poker for some, it doesn't work for others. Finally, I can only recommend giving the staff and the hotel a wide berth.

Went here on a school trip and spent €450 only to find out that we had to rent towels to sleep for €4. It was almost impossible because almost every other room had sex. But hotel security comes up if you are too loud. You have to slam the door to the toilet with force because otherwise it won't close. The only good thing was the breakfast. I don't recommend it for classes maximum for a love trip

We were denied the “Roof Terrace” and the hotel garden from 10 p.m. or 8 p.m. The “Roof Terrace” has a good view, but is completely unlit in the dark. The elevator is also often not available on the upper floor and in the basement. The doorman is not exactly accommodating and very indiscreet when it comes to smoking weed in front of the hotel, even though cannabis consumption is not signposted as prohibited and the area was left immediately and with understanding humility upon request. The rooms are not equipped with towels, which can be rented at reception for €4.Instead, there are puny paper towels that are incredibly sticky when touched by wet hands. The bathrooms were obviously designed by men, as there were no enough storage spaces and a shower door, which led to a complete flood of ideas. In addition, in some rooms from the parking garage opposite you will be observed by peeping Toms while you are changing. To everyone's confusion, an unplastered wall suddenly appeared in the reception area, causing a certain degree of disorientation. It should be added that, unlike guests in the more luxurious rooms, students staying in the more affordable rooms of the house must eat breakfast in the basement instead of in the main dining room.We consider this to be extremely classist and outdated and condemn this discrimination, and is reminiscent of the division between proletariat and bourgeois, which can be seen in the fact that there is a symbolic separation between above and below and that scrambled eggs and croissants are not offered in the cellar. So we inevitably ask ourselves the question; Is this classy or just classic???The waiting time in the literally underground breakfast line was 20 minutes and you felt like a factory farm pig waiting in line for the slaughterhouse, which is perhaps a metaphor for the feelings of the animals offered here in the meat counter. The nearby public transport is positive.LG

Top hotel at a great price! In addition to a few families, there were mainly school classes as guests. Check-in and check-out worked smoothly and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I thought the rooms were great, as they shouldn't be too old. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms with walk-in showers and modern black and white furnishings in the rooms - the windows seem to be soundproofed, because despite the view of the main street and the S-Bahn, nothing could be heard. You hardly heard anything from the other guests once the room door was closed. The breakfast was sufficient and good.

Hotel was great. We only had one small problem, Google Maps showed us the back door and the door was closed. Or hotel needs to open this door or change location in Google Maps

Avoid this place. It's not a hotel, it's a dormitory. Absolutely nothing to do with a hotel except the price. WiFi was laughably inadequate, beds are stiff and lumpy, the pillows an insult. Booked by swarms of kids, it has that old school middle-school lunch-break flair, if you're into that. Our room wasn't ready by 3PM, despite the booking stating otherwise.Dear Aletto managers or whatever you are, hotels all over the world pride themselves on doing a bit extra for the guest, in this case having the rooms ready before the booked time, as a nice gesture. Maybe look into that. Don't bother replying.
