We wanted to spend a weekend in Berlin and booked this hotel because of its good location.The entrance area looks super modern and chic, but our room seemed a bit outdated. Nevertheless, we had great days in the accommodation. The breakfast was very varied. I found it very pleasant that there were two coffee machines in different locations, so crowding was avoided.Unfortunately, I sometimes had the feeling that I was succumbing to misunderstandings. The communication from the employees was sometimes a bit confusing or too sparse. (The soft drink upon arrival was in the lobby, but there was no indication that it was there and usable)We were able to find street parking that was a lot cheaper than using the parking garage.Otherwise we traveled a lot and only stayed in the hotel to sleep.We probably won't come back as I like trying different hotels and will choose another one on my next visit.

Not enough parking spaces in the hotel, 15m on the street costs 0.50 cents each.Rooms were very large but a bit older, especially in the bathroom.Breakfast was good and tasty

Rooms very spacious and with a balcony. The balcony faced the street but wasn't too loud and was simply a plus point. From reception to the hotel bar, the staff is simply on point. You can't do it better. Everyone is very unobtrusive but always there for you if you have any questions. Location also excellent, bus stop in front of the hotel and a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel by tram. In 2 stations at Alexanderplatz. Everything from the center can be reached in under 30 minutes.I would check in again at any time. 😀And a spacious park in the immediate vicinity.

We were there from October 11th. until 10/13/24 in this hotel.The lobby and hallways look very attractive. As soon as you come into the room you stop feeling comfortable. We had booked a junior suit. The rooms seemed empty, the furniture worn and worn out. The bed was very hard, small thin pillows. The shower was catastrophic. The seals are already black/yellowed. The tiles on the shower floor were also worn and darkly discolored. Cleaning also didn't take place. Green sign or not, if it is dirty, it needs to be cleaned. There was a quote in our offer: "Welcome drink (seasonal soft drink)". There was still water. One for two people. You can get that in any cheap hotel. In my opinion, this is a deliberate marketing deception that was used here. Hardly anyone would have expected water for a “seasonal soft drink”.

We were there Thursday to Sunday in October,the hotel was well attended. The hotel is cheaper than comparable hotels nearby.+ The mattresses are hard and the furnishings in the room areyes, a matter of taste, but we thought it was fine,However, I think that, based on the different reviews, the rooms could have been renovated to varying degrees.+ The location is good and it was quieter than oursSmall town settlement at home, we always walked 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz and bought a 24 hour ticket in the app.+ Everything is clean and well-kept, Mr. K. served us very nicely in the bar and we liked the fruit to take away, the real plants and candles on the tables and the food.+ No matter whether it's a bar, lobby or breakfast, there are always 2-4 friendly employees nearby who make the most of the differencein a good mood and hardworking.+ The breakfast looks standard at firstI noticed the up to 10 types of sausage and cheese and the good coffee, there are also special spreads and a bit more selection of everything than usual or fresh filter coffee on request,Nothing ever ran out, everything was replenished quickly and every day you discovered a few varied changes to the breakfast buffet.And now two negative points:- Parking seems a bit expensive to me, but we areAlso in the middle of Berlin, I'm glad there was a parking space.- I can imagine that it would be without it in the summerVentilation or air conditioning is not so pleasantstuffy Berlin, the weather was cool here.The bathroom ventilation only came on once but we don't know why, maybe it has a humidity sensor or somethinga very long time delay. Maybe you can easily set it up or connect it so that it always runs with the bathroom light, that would generally be good for the ventilation of the room, although every hotel room or holiday apartment I've stayed in has smelled somehow, you just aren't More at home in familiar surroundings, I think that's normal.All in all, the stay was pleasant and we would come again.

Chic room but unfortunately has the charm of an old villa in the 70s. The shower doesn't close properly, so I slipped, and the towel in front of it doesn't help. The bathroom door opens towards the entrance door and there is no door stop behind it. So that the bathroom door doesn't go down the front door. Given the temperatures, it would be nice if you put a fan or air conditioning in the room from the front if the temperatures outside rise to over 35 degrees or if you are at least asked about it when checking in.Room 323

We were there from September 5th to September 6th. at Victor’s Residence. We had booked a junior suite with a balcony and a view of the inner courtyard.The junior suite had 2 rooms.The furnishings were visually no longer up to date, but still not shabby. On the contrary. The furniture gave the impression that it had hardly been used.The mattresses were great.It didn't bother us that the room didn't have air conditioning, although the temperatures were around 20 degrees at night, it was very pleasant in the bedroom.The hotel is very centrally located and that was also the reason why we booked the hotel.The breakfast was very varied and good.The hotel has an underground car park. The parking space is charged at €21. We found the price reasonable.The service was top. We would especially like to thank the attentive lady from the breakfast service who offered to bring the tray with coffee and rolls to my room 😃We haven't had such great service in a long time.We can recommend the hotel 100% and will book this hotel again on our next visit to Berlin.

Very bad for your money!The room is stuffy, no air conditioning. It’s better not to open the closet; it smells old and musty.There is no service. They asked me to make up the sofa for the child. The answer was:“There are only two of us in the whole hotel. My colleague is busy and I can't leave the counter. You can take the bed linen from us and make it yourself.”Sorry, but for 180 euros this is a lot. The reviews seem to be positive...

The hotel is centrally located. The room was very large and attractive. We had specially booked a room facing the courtyard, but unfortunately we got a room facing the noisy street. Since the room does not have air conditioning, it was hardly possible to ventilate it at night in the summer weather.When I asked the receptionist, I received the answer that the rooms don't necessarily have to correspond to the booking made.
