Stayed here with my partner. On 22/10/24 11:00 my FEMALE partner had just got out the shower and was NAKED as an unknown male entered our locked room with a swipe card and had to be pushed out the room by myself. I shouted to house keeping down the corridor who didn’t care and told me to go to reception. After speaking to reception and watching cctv this male had walked down the entire corridor trying every room while the housekeeping staff stood and watched and did nothing. The lock on our door was tested by the maintenance staff and after speaking to him he told us there was no problem with it meaning the male in question had a staff access card the he used to get into our room. The reception staff called the police after 8 police officers swept the hotel it was apparent that the male had fled. Despite notifying the receptionist and shift manager that the housekeepers had watched this they did not call them down to answer for this incident meaning 0 accountability. The only member of staff that actually assisted in this situation was the member of maintenance staff who offered to stand outside our room while my partner packed our belongings ready for our flight as I was at reception with the police and hotel staff.My partner was NAKED as this man entered and I dread to think what could have happened if I hadn’t of been there. (Chance of sexual assault or robbery)Points to note-After requesting the manager the shift manager came to the desk and somehow forgot that he was a “manager” it took the other receptionist to remind him that he was the shift manager.The house keeping staff watched an unknown male trying every door on the corridor without even questioning him.A member of staff had lost their access card that was used by this male to enter our room and hadn’t reported that it was lost.There are multiple cctv blindspots within the hotel meaning that guest safety is compromised.Rooms are not secure.I had booked to come back to this hotel in December to suprise my partner with another trip to Berlin but after the appalling lack of customer safety I will be contacting corporate for a refund.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU VALUE THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.

Perfect stay! The location couldn't be much better, still there was no noise at night from the streets, we even got a corner room and thetefore had daylight all day and an amazing view to the TV tower! Very spacious room and bathroom (though I think we got a special room, wheelchair users friendly, and therefore, bigger).We arrived early (at 9 am) and could leave our luggage safely at the hotel without paying.Highly recomendable!Overall perfect stay, definitely recomended!

The hotel itself looks good and well maintained with small signs of wear. The room was okay clean.The service, however, leaves a lot to be desired and depends very much on the employee. No enthusiasm at all and you don't feel welcome. In my room the sink was clogged and leaking. The room was then changed without any complaints. The hotel was booked by my work, it didn't work out and I had to pay for my room myself. The booking confirmation said "breakfast included", but at the reception it was said that no breakfast had been booked and that I should have paid extra for that too.You can argue about the location, but if you want to be right in the city center, it is of course ideal. But you have to keep in mind that the windows don't completely block out the noise and it can sometimes be very loud in the evenings.

We decided to stay here as have always had good experiences with Premier Inns and thought we’d get a Premier Plus room as a treat. Unfortunately one of the perks of this, the high speed wifi, wasn’t working for our stay. The room was also excessively hot - thermostat was 26 degrees plus the whole time. We spoke to reception and there was a bit of confusion in explaining the settings in the room and we were just told to open the window, which in one of the busiest places in Germany, wasn’t the best solution. We googled other reviews to work out that by putting the fan on we were making it warmer as the fan only throws out hot air outside of summer. It was 20 degrees in Berlin this weekend so it was pretty uncomfortable! The situation could have been communicated much better. It also wasn’t communicated that the rooms aren’t cleaned regularly.

Well furnished hotel. The room was well thought out, everything I needed was there and it was clean.In addition to the bar, there is also a small "supermarket" in the lobby if you are hungry or thirsty at night.The breakfast was delicious and the sustainability concept in terms of room cleaning was really something different!

We stayed at Premier Inn in the first week of September 2 adults and an adolescent,the position is very good,the staff amazing specially Claudia that was very nice at the check in , breakfast fantastic,the one thing Negative was that the room is small for 3 persons and the bags and doesn't has a fridge or minibar inside of the room,in rest everything was comfortable

Positive: location, staff on site, breakfast. Negative: Unfortunately, I forgot (expensive) clothes in the wardrobe when checking out. I noticed this straight away, when I asked at the hotel I was told that nothing had been handed in and that I should write an email (the hotel cannot be reached by phone). When I asked several times, I was told that the housekeeping team had not handed anything over. When I asked whether there was a complaint procedure for this (I 100% forgot my clothes there) I again received no answer. I would have expected more from such a large hotel. Too bad.

The rooms are far too warm and the ventilation only puts out warm air no matter what temperature you set the thermostat to.

I really liked this hotel. I remember the modern chair in the room. Loved the breakfast gourmet, and specially the gentle attention. It felt fresh and i could rest very well despite all the activities I did.

Good city hotel in the immediate vicinity of Alexanderplatz. Rooms are a decent size, in my case even with a view of the television tower. Easy to reach by public transport. Breakfast was okay, but not a highlight either. Room cleaning is reduced, meaning it is not cleaned daily.

The reception experience was different. From very friendly to just like that. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good (no organic food), the atmosphere is nice.The hotel is unsuitable for people who like it quiet. Alexanderplatz and the streets and trams can be clearly heard. You can't sleep with the window open. The location is very central, which also has advantages.There was some mold in the bathroom. This was noted with apologies by reception.The room is very small for families. A bed is placed next to the double bed and the sofa is extended to form a bed. This is then declared as a family room. More honesty would be better received.So overall quite ok.

The cleaning was not done well. There were several strands of hair in our bathroom drain and, even after we asked for it to be cleaned, they were still there. The street where the hotel is located is very noisy. There is also a lack of a minibar in the room. As positive points, the bed is very comfortable and the shower pressure is good.

With a 3 star hotel you have to be careful what you expect, the rating is not that easy. The rooms (Premier Plus) were very modern and extremely clean. Described as a family room but also extremely small. The difference to the standard room was probably the armchair, which could be pulled out. Unfortunately, there was practically no space left, including no other storage space in the mini cupboard. Rooms were very loud and because the air conditioning was already on winter mode, you couldn't turn it on for fresh air. And with the windows open it was too loud. The room once had a complete lack of bedding and towels, there were no replacements available, so we had to change rooms. But everyone was nice and friendly, breakfast was completely overpriced at just under 17 euros, but rich and good. Aside from the noise, a great location.

Very modern hotel near Alexanderplatz station. I don't like the area because it is very commercial, but it is close to the most important station in the city, so it is very well connected. They gave us a room for the disabled, so the bathroom and shower were very uncomfortable. They don't have a minibar, they didn't make our room for 3 nights. The only nice thing was the view and the modernity of the room. The reception staff were very friendly.
