Don't understand the bad reviews. Our room 47 was absolutely super clean, modern and everything was nice and I'm very picky in that respect. There is an elevator and the reception was great. The location is also perfect. We couldn't use the on-site parking lot. The entrance is way too narrow. However, you can easily park in the Sana Klink animal garage, less than 10 minutes away and relatively cheap. Unload everything in front of the hotel, drive away and you're good. If we're in Berlin again, we'll be happy to do so again. 👍

Hotel in a good location opposite the train station and metro station. This may have made it a bit noisy in the room. Parking barely. Entry to the yard is only for small cars. The Audi A4 barely made it in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom needs renovation because the shower cabin is barely functional and water from the shower head gushes everywhere. Breakfast was good, fresh and healthy. The service is terrible, the cleaning lady knocks on the door 20 minutes before the end of the hotel day and rushes to leave.

The price-quality ratio is a disaster.The towels didn't smell as well as the bed linen.Better not park your car there because it could be damaged through the narrow passage.The staff at the reception was very friendly.

We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time in the hotel. For this purpose it is perfectly fine. We had a 4-person room, which even had 2 separate 2-person rooms. The hotel is a bit old, but the cleanliness was okay.

Not luxury, but awesome for the price/location. Rooms are standard, clean, have a safe and a small fridge. Location is great-directly across from the train station, with easy connections everywhere. Very friendly staff!

The location is great. The rooms are not particularly nice, but okay to stay overnight. However, it is relatively loud in the room. Internet is available, but it is very slow and occasionally stops completely. Unsuitable for work. The television does not receive private channels. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.

Location is fine right next to the train station in Lichtenberg, so you have to expect a certain amount of noise. The price for the room is absolutely not justified, the room is relatively small, the size of the television doesn't seem to be there, the bed in the classic sense is not available, I'm driving home with back pain... Internet in the house is a complete disgrace, greased up completely at regular intervals, live streaming is virtually impossible. There is a lift, but it is not suitable for people with a fear of heights as it is made entirely of glass. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff at reception is very nice and will help with any questions. If I spend the night in Berlin again, I will 100% choose a different hotel. Additionally, if you want to darken your room (at least on the 4th floor) then it will only get dark in the room when it is dark outside!

Our stay at the hotelThe impression of the lobby is very well maintained and very classy.Which unfortunately cannot indicate the rooms. Very run-down bathroom with a layer of dust on the ventilation, broken shower fixture and totally calcified shower.The price-performance ratio is overpriced for the condition.Hotel staff came into the room uninvited at 7 a.m. and wanted to clean the room the next day with the same game in green, even though the sign (PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB) was hanging on the outside door.There are no parking options except in the inner courtyard. Cars should not be larger than an Opel Corsa.Very difficult to get through. Had to drive through the narrow courtyard entrance with the mirrors folded.No communication was made about how our stay was for us.Hotel is not recommended.Invest 30 euros more and you have a very well-kept hotel, e.g. Hotel Romy at the main train station in Berlin.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The attractive lobby gives you a good impression. 70€, room not preheated, cheap toilet paper, no WiFi password communicated, no information sheet posted. The whole hotel is full of cameras and I have to pay a deposit of €100 which I have to laboriously collect again. Don't sleep there again

I got two stars from the service because the housekeeping staff were indiscreet and knocked on the door as if we were in a coach house. Even though I know it's their job, I believe there are different ways of doing it.

Terrible experience, I stayed 4 nights:I have not been able to find anyone at reception during my stayThere was no breakfast even though it was includedThe first day there was an oversupply of gel and shampoo, they have not replaced itThey have not changed sheets any of the daysNo WI-FI serviceThe last day without towels in the room because they took the dirty ones and did not replace themWhen we left the hotel everything was closed and there was no one to even return the key.A real disaster, very little professionalism on the part of the company, not recommended at all

We chose the hotel online because it advertised available parking space. Even by phone. Upon request, the parking space was confirmed.When we arrived it became clear that you couldn't get into the yard with a car bigger than a duck duck, absolutely impossible!The rooms are ugly, old and smelly. The bathroom is a disaster.30 euros would be ok if it's just for sleeping. The 110 euros we paid are a disgrace.Just stay away from this box!!!!

Reception hardly staffed.Very difficult to reach anyone.You can't get into the hotel itself without a room key and you'll find yourself in front of a locked door.Unfortunately, we were a little late thanks to a bus delay.The hotel then canceled our room for the entire weekend.No more access to the money.Hotel Nova? Never again!

Business took me to Berlin. This hotel is conveniently located for public transport.The room is by far the most terrible that I have never experienced, even as a former soldier. I don't understand how this high price per night comes about, and even without breakfast.- Rooms with prison atmosphere- Very loud, you can hear the street and the other rooms.A room like this shouldn't cost more than €40 a night, even in Berlin.Never again.
