The hotel impressed me with its good location near the A113, a park and good connections to B-Mitte. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast was surprisingly rich and the cleanliness was impeccable. However, there are minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a partially loose shower screen and no air conditioning, which somewhat limits comfort in summer. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.

Not a single star gets, the whole thing wasn't even there... Calls and asks about overnight stays on the first weekend in September, bang bag asks 5 times when and then he brushes me off. He has to call back. There are customers at the reception

I was there for the umpteenth time. Everything was OK, only the temperatures of around 28° were annoying because there was no air conditioning. A fan helps to ventilate.Breakfast as always very good.For me the location and the price are crucial. Both are ideal for me.

The rooms are clean and bright.There is a Bible in the room which I found very strange.Also, both heaters were on 5 when I arrived and it was incredibly hot. I perceived this as very unsustainable and unreflective on the part of the hotel.When it comes to sustainability, unfortunately it continued like this: no vegan options for breakfast other than fruit salad (with melon in spring!) and tomatoes.Even when asked, there wasn't even oat milk. The connection with public transport was difficult. There is a bus stop right next to it, but the bus doesn't always come reliably. It always took me about 30-50 minutes to get to the congress (one way)But you sleep well here, it's relatively quiet and the bed is comfortable. The service is nice, but as a person who cares about sustainability and animal welfare, I probably won't come here again.

The hotel is located opposite a large park and close to the canal, where you can also take a nice walk. Price-performance is top. Everything is a bit older and decorated in strange color combinations, but that really doesn't matter for a few nights stay. The room was clean and larger than expected, the windows are really well soundproofed. So the most important thing is great! Breakfast had a solid selection and gluten-free bread was available upon request. The staff was very friendly. I would come again.

The rooms are very small and the shower is even smaller. I'm not very tall myself but I had difficulty showering. The shower was about 60x40 cm so really tiny. The bed was sagging and not very comfortable.The service is very friendly, apart from the language problems. OK for one night in a pinch but nothing more

I had booked for 2 people and placed items for one person. The breakfast was not good, they keep a lot of old stuff and give it to other people the next day, really dirty. The service was very bad

I was here for work because the customer was nearby. The employee was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient and had a good selection. Only the rooms are very colorful and strangely put together. You can like that, but it's not my taste. Nevertheless, my room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Even if the bathroom and shower were very tiny. If, like me, you only stop here for a short time, it is completely sufficient. There are also a few really good restaurants nearby.

Nice staff, great breakfast buffet and my room was really clean. I can't complain about the bed either, except that it was a bit older. Unfortunately there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom and an illuminated cosmetic mirror or brighter light in the bathroom would have been nice.

For the price you get an adequate room, a good breakfast and friendly service. It’s close to public transport, but it’s not central unless you are oriented to Neukölln. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but if you pay attention to where you are allowed to park or get a spot behind the hotel, it’s fine.
