Close to the center, just before the historic Glienicke Bridge.Directly and very beautifully on Lake Tiefensee. Use of the spacious garden and ship deck possible. Fantastic. Very familiar. Extensive, delicious breakfast buffet in the garden.120€ for one night in a double room with breakfast. Great nice service. Thanks.

We spent the first night in the holiday apartment instead of the apartment we had booked.The reasons for this were understandable to us.The accommodation shown to us by the pension management was very generous. The location of the accommodation in relation to Potsdam's sights is optimal. Gladly again👌.

Unfortunately, we can't say anything positive about the guesthouse because we weren't even allowed to arrive despite our confirmed booking. The explanation from the guesthouse was neither comprehensible nor logical for us, rather extremely questionable. Our offer to somehow resolve this annoying matter properly afterwards was not accepted and was even completely ignored. That probably says more than enough! We can only warn against booking!

I've been going to the guesthouse at the deep lake for many years now and will always come back 🤩. I have visited every room over the years and can only warmly recommend it.The entire staff is super accommodating, helpful, attentive and they do everything to ensure that you don't lack anything.Julia (owner) you can steal horses with her 🤗 and she always has an open ear. A very kind person with great staff behind him.

Our stay here was really worth it. The guesthouse is beautifully located by the lake. From here you can take long walks in the countryside and along the water. The owner is very friendly and takes care of everything. It is clean, the breakfast is rich and the ambience is also recommended. It is very lovingly furnished in its own unique way.

Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside. The staircase is not for people who are not very mobile. In the stair area it looked like a junk room. Outdated rustic furniture in the room. The artificial flowers were dusty and covered in cobwebs. The room seems carelessly furnished and there are no curtains. There isn't even shower gel in the bathroom. We were sent a message that we could arrive at any time if we entered the code into the code system to the right of the front door.The code system is to the left of the front door and didn't work. We rang the bell and were answered by a young man who could hardly communicate with us due to the language barrier.€109 just for one night without breakfast is completely excessive here.

The owners are very friendly and very uncomplicated.The apartment (4 people) was large, had a lot of character and made you feel comfortable. Cars and bicycles were safely parked in the courtyard.We would love to come back.

It was a bit like us at the museum at night. The holiday apartment was equipped with some very beautiful old furniture. But unfortunately a little crowded. The breakfast room was located in the garden and was a real contrast to the room. The breakfast was great, everything you need was there.We would live there again if we had the opportunity to go to Potsdam again.

Everything seems very unprofessional. We rented the garden house. I am the landlord of a holiday apartment myself and probably have a different view and attitude towards the facilities and offerings of a guesthouse. E.g. zero information material about the surroundings in the room, in the bathroom only hooks to hang up the towels, but no tags on the towels, in the heat of 35 degrees you couldn't open a window, the loungers in the garden were full of bird droppings... And much more. It's all the little things that add up that make me say rip-off. The breakfast was really rich and fresh. But if you have a bakery nearby, you don't understand why discount rolls are offered. (but unfortunately this is the case in many hotels and accommodations). All in all: in need of renovation.
