3 stars? Never in my life. Furnishings old and worn. Bathroom is dirty and there is mold on the shower curtain... luckily we are only here to sleep... The other reviews speak the same language.

Unfortunately, after the check-in time, the main entrance could not be opened with the room key and no one could be reached on the service telephone number. So I had to spend the night somewhere else and picked up my suitcase unopened the next day

The location of the hotel is great.Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer the standard of the 3 stars posted at the entrance. The room I used was in dire need of renovation. I also had to reorder the cleaning. The toilet was then cleaned, but the cobwebs were still there.The menu suggests middle-class cuisine, but what was on the plate didn't correspond to that.The price does not correspond to what you find, it is far too high. I'm not coming back.

The hotel should decide to do a total renovation. Bad service, breakfast below all standards. Half slices of cold cuts/cheese; everything without cutlery, dirty dishes, tables were not prepared. Breakfast on the terrace not possible because everything is dirty. Wet seat cushions etc. Not recommended, a shame.

First got the wrong room (paid for superior, got standard), only to be given an 'upgrade' upon request... the furniture and furnishings have probably been there for as long as the hotel.No possibility of getting hot water for tea, no card payment possible ("no card payment today"), even on the second day. Then it worked for us...Service non-existent.Garden closed, but this is advertised. Otherwise guests might come! (It was a yawning emptiness. Not a single person in sight.)I can't even begin to explain how this hotel has three stars. Then choose a hostel - at least you know what to expect.

Beautifully located hotel, but that's about it.The rooms are shabby and not clean.There was endless dust and cobwebs everywhere in the entire hotel.Cleanliness and hygiene are omitted here.The breakfast, without words, moldy cheese, dirty dishes and to top it off the sour condensed milk.Too bad 😬😬

Location is great. But everything else comes straight out of Fawlty Towers.... A whopper of a spider web when you enter. Spiders that run away when you enter the room. Legs of dead insects everywhere on the walls. Very unfriendly receptionist. Kitchen open until 7:00 PM. In short, stay away from here.

Visited the restaurant, we used to come here with friends and family but it lost quality of food. Menu very limited and quality very much reduced. Prices are low and reflect the quality. Staff friendly. Location is good, direct at the river and you can see boats passing by.

Welcome to your personal comedy event at the Horror Hotel! This hotel offers an unforgettable introduction to mold, cobwebs and hair - everything your heart desires when it comes to adventurous accommodations.The furnishings are so old that they are almost retro again - a real highlight for lovers of vintage disgust. And don't forget the star of the show: the clingy, moldy shower curtain that clings to you like a long-lost love affair.The breakfast buffet is a feast for the senses - moldy cheese, sour milk and sausage that's probably older than your grandmother. The dishes are dirty, but that just gives the whole thing a certain rustic charm, doesn't it?Overall, the stay was a truly cruel comedy spectacle. So pack your sense of humor and prepare to laugh at the absurdity of life while wondering how a hotel got to be like this.

During a walk we went to the hotel and wanted to have lunch. It's lovely to sit on the terrace with a view of the Griebnitzsee Canal. We were very disappointed with the quality. It was only lukewarm and went very quickly, giving the impression that it wasn't freshly cooked, or rather from a wholesaler and warmed up. This was the second visit and again disappointing. It is possible to have just one drink on the beautiful terrace. But not recommended for lunch.
