A wonderful little ship with a cozy cabin. The staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast offers everything your heart desires for just €15. I'd love to come back 😊

Arrival: everything is dark, there is a sign at the entrance gate with a number to call if you want to check in.Unfriendly greeting with the statement yes there will be no breakfast tomorrow because we had a death in the family and I don't feel like preparing anything... Yes, I'm very sorry about that... but then charging the full price is not customer friendly.Keys were handed over by a nice young man who was helpful and friendly. He then explained to me the way to the Aldi or bakery where I could get something for breakfast.Room fine for sleeping and showering. Fridge and TV not working. Shelves dusty. Heating went off at night and was very cold. But at least you had 2 blankets.Then call the number again in the morning to hand over the keys.Full price despite no breakfast.No recommendation.

Looking forward to a nice cabin after a long journey.Called several times upon arrival, then finally someone came. A friendly young man took us onto the ship, simsalabim...us, a dwarf room. Roommate: a tick...unfortunately had to move out. There is also a bathroom, we were only told on arrival that the toilet is at the stern of the ship. It was discussed that in our opinion we had booked the spacious cabin. No, the d is excluded and not possible at all with Booking com. Whether there were alternatives was immediately denied. Unfortunately the owner didn't show up in person. Unfortunately, the young man couldn't communicate because he didn't speak enough German. We then indicated that we wanted to leave the ship. The unfriendly lady didn't react either. The son gave us the phone number of the taxi company and took us to the gate without a word...so then

In our opinion not recommended if you value service and comfort. We were not welcomed personally, only the keys were handed over to us by the owner's younger son - as we had arrived too early. We were very rudely told on the phone that we wouldn't be arriving until 3 p.m. There was no personal conversation with us the next morning either. Service cannot be assessed because we had no information as to whether it would have been possible to get a drink there in the afternoon or evening.

The really outstanding thing about this accommodation is clearly its location. Located directly on the lakeshore, you can take a refreshing swim at any time.Unfortunately, we had to compromise on everything else, but these were mitigated by the great lake.Rooms: Accomodation really quaint, as expected. However, we didn't have two rooms as booked, but three of us would be accommodated in the captain's cabin. That was ok, but it was booked differently.Breakfast: the breakfast room has a special charm, you have to like that. It wasn't quite mine. :-)The breakfast itself is very simple. It's better to just book accommodation and go into town for breakfast if you value something nice.Parking: pretty terrible. The inner courtyard is much too small. You park in front of each other on the instructions of the staff and then sometimes you have to wait for another guest to come and drive their car away when you want to go out. We then walked to the center several times... it's doable!Staff: definitely room for improvement! Maybe you can take some rest because of the location.Conclusion: you can enjoy swimming here when the temperature is warm, but you shouldn't have too high demands.

My husband and I stayed in the captain's cabin at the Schiifspension Luise in Potsdam for 1 week until July 24th, 2022. We really liked it there, the great atmosphere right next to the marina in beautiful weather, the walking distance to the city, many sights, the hospitality of Fau Dalichow and the entire team as well as the great, very rich breakfast are very good reasons, to vacation here again. That was a great experience. Sleep in a real cabin. And still bathroom, shower... everything is there, neat and clean.The breakfast that was there was just great. Many luxury hotels can only hide there.

An exceptional accommodation in a fantastic location! The rooms are tastefully decorated and there is even a deck where you can sit out in the evenings. It is very calm. The only negative point: there is no air conditioning, so on warm days it is as hot as an oven.I thought it was great that there was a refrigerator in the room.Breakfast is taken "on land", but only from 8:30 a.m.The tram stop is right opposite the villa where you check in. It is only a short walk to Aldi and Lidl. Unfortunately, restaurants are a little further away, but also doable.Absolute recommendation.
