Self check-in and out. The room was very clean and the hotel facilities are nice - private common bathroom and common kitchen - also there is a kettle and microwave in the room and plenty of free tea and coffee options. However, the walls didn't cancel the noise coming from the street/tram. The area of the apartments is not the best in Berlin. The price was on the cheap side.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a hair dryer for added convenience. The highlight of my stay was the extremely comfortable bed, which provided a peaceful and restful night's sleep.The only downside was the location of the bathroom, which was situated in the basement and required a few extra steps to access. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall quality of my stay.

It was a very straightforward stay. You can't expect a lot, a comfortable bed and chair. That is all you want for this price in berlin. + you can cook, have access to a shared fridge (with your own space) and have a personal bathroom with shower. All of them were clean. There was some noise during the night of the closeby trams but I wouldn't call it disturbing, it's really not that bad, you can definitely sleep with itThank you!

I will start with the positive ones. Near the tram and easy check in procedure.That's all. We got a tiny room for two, bed was just a small convertible sofa. Funny pillows, hard to sleep on these. Just a small cover for cold. No shelves around or anything similar to leave your clothes. A private bathroom in different floor but that's not the problem. Noone came to clean the wc or the rest of the bathroom, no bag was changed in the trashcan. I could clean it but I found nothing to do so somewhere around. Last but not least, everytime another resident was cooking you could smell it in your room. Really, 45€ per night for this?

The area is well connected the M13 and the 12 tram station 200m walk, The M2 tram (take you to Alexander Platzs) station is 700m walk.

They forgot to mention that the bathroom outside the room is in the basement, which can be reached by 14 steps. This is a problem for me, especially when I wake up at night to go to the toilet.

The rooms are small, but well-kept, clean and nice. The bathroom was also very clean. The facility is not located in the very center, but the district is very well connected and you can get everywhere. There are several markets, shops and inexpensive pubs nearby. I recommend it, considering that for a really good price you get nice and tidy accommodation.

OK for one night. Beds and rooms very small. Bathroom (shower/toilet) is accessed separately via a hallway, in front of it there is a shared sink…
