We have been to "Ferdinand" several times. The rooms are clean, great beds (not sagging) and breakfast has everything you need for a good start to the day. The staff is super nice and the booking went smoothly 👍We'll definitely be back. See you soon and keep it up... THANK YOU

Please do not be fooled by the external appearance of the building! We were initially shocked when we arrived in the car 😅 but the inside is really beautiful!!!! Breakfast room, the room and enough house parking space for so little money 👍👍👍 the service was also really very nice so friendly and helpful, just like the cleaning staff ❤️ yes the stairs and hallways don't travel out now but in the end I finally want to get in clean and nice room and good breakfast :)

The location is a little remote. So you should be good on foot or like taking the train. The staff was very nice and I got my wishes fulfilled upon request. The breakfast was very tasty and the rooms were very clean.

Unfortunately I can't share your good reviews. The rooms are very simple, could have used some painting, the TV is tiny. The sockets were also very dirty.However, my "highlight" was a piece of cake at the buffet that was moldy. The lady simply replied that it should be warm and the other pieces weren't moldy 🙈.However, the rest of the buffet was very good! The WiFi was also high-performance and the employees were very friendly. It is quiet outside but very noisy inside.Prices were typically high in EM.

I stayed in a ground floor room facing the parking lot for three nights. The room was functional - clean and with a comfortable bed, WiFi was also available (contrary to other reviews and the website, it was free for me?). The rooms are relatively noisy, so another hotel guest who snored loudly disturbed the night's sleep - but there was very little noise from outside. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day; guests can decide whether towels are included.The absolute highlight, as often mentioned here, is the breakfast. Bread/rolls with plenty of topping options, fruit and vegetables prepared for quick consumption, muesli, juices, cakes, and so on. I was happy to take a little more than usual.The hotel is a bit away from all the hustle and bustle, but a train stop can be reached within 5 minutes.The staff are all friendly and in a good mood. For outside service hours there is also a machine outside that you can use to check in. However, I would strongly recommend that you contact us if you can't get there in time, as the key will probably have to be left there first.I had also forgotten my toothbrushing utensils at the hotel, which were then returned to me within a week, kindly free of charge because I had forgotten the invoice.Overall, a great option for stays in Berlin.

Nice smaller hotel, more on the outskirts of Berlin.Ideal for business travelers and mechanics. Free parking, WiFi (you have to keep re-registering, which is a bit annoying) and breakfast buffet. Breakfast is quite expensive at €15 (as everything is getting more expensive these days).Totally recommended, especially for business trips.

A typical aparthotel. The rooms are functionally furnished without a lot of frills but are clean. The reception is not staffed all the time. However, it is still possible to check in digitally even if the reception is not manned.Some of the rooms have a kitchenette with a refrigerator.The continental breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Bus on fish is offered from a rich sausage and cheese counter to yoghurt, muesli, luggage, fresh fruit, various jams, etc. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Room prices including breakfast approx. 80€, payment in cash, card or wallet is all possible. (advance payment)
