There is no one to help you with check in. I spent 1.5h trying to check in and get access to the parking after 18h flight. My wife’s and my iPhones were not able to connect to WiFi by QR code on the door sticker instruction “unable to connect error”. Our US phones had no internet, so there was no way to check in.

The parking situation in particular is catastrophic. The reference to on-site parking is also misleading. Yes, there are parking spaces on the street that can be used for a maximum of 10 hours using the parking meter. Not a word about it, neither in the description nor from the employee on site. The public order office is already lying in wait. The underground car park belonging to the house (almost empty) must be booked in advance. This is possible for the moderately motivated employee who finishes work at 4:30 p.m. Your suggestion that you could call later - however necessary - and then the garage entrance barrier would be opened for a fee, turns out to be a false statement. The nice employee on the phone, who you reach after dozens of busy calls, can't do anything because, according to the employee on site (haha), all the TG parking spaces are full. Blatantly false statement, a short inspection of the underground car park after the phone call shows an almost empty garage. It's hard to imagine that there will be so many arrivals at such a late hour, ALL of whom have booked a parking space. Conclusion: Eternal search for a parking space on the street, then a short night, once out to present a parking disc. If the employee had said that only she could make parking possible in the TG, I would have liked to have done so before she disappeared at the end of the day.Check in: Door opens slowly despite WiFi. You need about 2 minutes of patience.Generating a map didn't work. The employee on site, who was just on duty, did this grumpily.Location: Close to the airport is noisy, but you know that beforehand. You should have researched the fact that the house is in the direct flight path. Having a car is essential.Coming back? Certainly not. And this is primarily due to the parking situation and the unfortunate absence of an employee on site. The room would otherwise be great, although at the upper limit in terms of price.

New building new rooms hitech check in.Room was quite clean except the pillow which had long hair. Most probably hair from the cleaning staff.Internet access was a problem, quite slow and I was losing connection quite often on both my phone and laptop.I was trying to work online and I lost quite sometime due to the slow connection. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting.Location is close to the airport.There is a nice Italian restaurant next door. Like most airport accommodation it quite far from any city life. You expect that in an airport.

My expectations would be exceeded for this price, a beautiful design of the room, very clean, a super cute kitchen with everything plus a coffee machine❤️👌, the bathroom is wonderful, I totally fell in love, wonderful shower! almost too bad for just one night! Very, very stylish, modern and the inventory is always of the finest quality. Everything you need is there. I am very impressed and will stay here regularly when I come to Berlin. The best thing: the ingenious shower with rain shower and normal faucet combined and the cool lighting concept. Opening the door via app is also very innovative and works great. :-)

Hello!I checked out a couple of months ago already, but still received some letters to there so I had to come back a couple of times and to "bother" the emplyees with it. But each time I come, Galina (one of the workers) is there and making me feel super welcomed! Everything is so organized and the service is so quick, professional and with great kindness!

As a die-hard camper, I always find it difficult to sleep in a "stone house" and not in my rolling home.But thanks to the great facilities at the Berlin Airport impartment and the good public transport connection to the location of my training in Berlin-Schönefeld, I feel right at home here.A special thank you goes to the REALLY ❤️ welcome from Ms. Wittenbecher when she arrived here on Monday evening, dead tired after a very long day of training and travel, totally exhausted and just wanting to go to my bed.The room is simply great, the mattresses are super comfortable and the breakfast is so much that I usually have a little left over for dinner, it really leaves nothing to be desired.In other words, if you are looking for a hotel/small apartment for a longer period of time with a kitchen near BER Schönefeld Airport and the Buisness Park Waltersdorf and are traveling by public transport, you are really in good hands here, there are 2 stations and a walk of about 15 minutes in a comfortable setting Walk to the bus stop to get on the 263 bus towards Grünau or BER Airport.Shopping for groceries is possible at the airport, otherwise if necessary there is also a small Späti (kiosk) and hopefully soon a delicious Italian restaurant in the neighborhood.If I ever find myself in the area again, I'll only come here. I'm already sad that I'll have to move to another hotel on Monday morning, as this was booked centrally for us by the training organizer. ;-)

I had an overnight stay here due to close proximity to the airport. Location excellent. Night service terrible. Room clean and comfy. Upon arrival at night be prepared for a mess. Due to bad signal in the suburb of Berlin from T-Mobile I wasnt able to use my digital door key. No one is available at the front desk after 7pm. The lady on the phone call was from cologne and unfriendly a lot. Upon entering the hotel it is a mess of information everywhere. It took some time to find the wifi password on the wall. Due to bad cellular signal it was nerve racking to talk to anyone and asking for help. They renewed my door key but I was already angry at that time. No more stay here. Thank you for the experience digital key hotels :)

A very modern apartment house with smart home access/function. Very well equipped and large apartments. Despite being close to BER airport, you hear almost nothing.There are parking spaces around the apartment building. Very good value for money. If booked with breakfast, breakfast for the next day will be delivered every day. Gladly again 😊

A nice concept in itself. Had my 3 night stay here in the hotel because I had training courses nearby..But here you always have the problem at the beginning that you don't get the access data straight away and you always have to make phone calls afterwards... it's always a small problem with the underground car park tooI would also have liked the “hotel” to be cleaned daily, or at least towels changed every now and then. When you ask if someone comes to clean, they say after 3 daysAnd when I asked if you could at least get fresh towels, the answer was unfortunately €5. When you think about what you're paying for now... the price/performance ratio is still okay, but you have to pay extra for towels

Hotel near the airport with a shuttle service that stops right in front of the door. The rooms are cleanly furnished and have a small kitchen with a stove and microwave. In the lobby there is a mini supermarket with self check-out for pasta, sauce, snacks and toiletries. Also some board games and books. There are also rental scooters in front of the door, but they have to be returned at the same location. The hotel is very convenient if you are busy at the airport or have to catch an early flight.

I stayed for three months and everything was great, I have no complaints about the room or the service. Everything was according to what was presented on the website.Highlight the administrative speed both when booking and upon completion. The atmosphere inside the building was calm and safe.

Absolutely recommended for one and two nights, technology played a trick on us. Breakfast for two people, very clear.It takes getting used to not seeing any of the staff; if there are any problems, everything is handled via a hotline.
