I CANNOT RECOMMEND THE HOTELWas traveling on business.4 DAYS.DISGUSTING small rooms 3X3 meters for too much money, everything dirty bathroom/toilet, carpeted floor, there were hairs and stains on the bed, service bad to very bad, very loud. Breakfast mediocre to poor.Unfortunately the staff was rude.BEST CASE 2.5 STARSI CANNOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL

There are nice rooms but also not so nice rooms. The breakfast is very rich. The staff varies widely from really very accommodating and helpful to everything is on offer, with the former being the case for most of them.

I have used it several times. The owner seems to have an understanding of the manners and common sense that Japanese people have, so polite guests will feel comfortable. Although the town is small, large commercial facilities have recently been completed and it has become more lively than before.

Centrally located hotel in Hanau. You can park for €8 in the hotel's underground car park. Otherwise, the parking situation in the area is not particularly good.The prices for a simple room are OK but the suites are not worth the price. I booked a suite twice in August 2024. These are advertised as having a waterbed or whirlpool. In both cases our suite had a whirlpool. Both times it was defective. In the first suite there was air conditioning but no refrigerator. The bed was OK. In the second suite there was no air conditioning but there was a refrigerator. In addition, the televisions could not be used because the batteries on the remote control were empty. Light bulbs in 2 lamps were defective. The bed was a disaster. Every time you moved the bed creaked, waking you up again. So from my point of view the rooms do not correspond to a 4 star category. Since the rooms are very different, it's a gamble whether you get a good one. Complaints are only accepted without any solution.The only positive thing to mention is the breakfast. At €15 it's almost cheap for a hotel breakfast and really offers a good selection.

Location is a bit difficult and parking situation too. However, they have an underground car park that you can drive into. You can only leave with a chip from reception, a bit stupid if you're in the other building.Rooms in the neighboring house were very small, few sockets and beds under the sloping ceiling. Otherwise clean and everything in order. Very nice service and reception. The employees are very friendly and are open to any questions!
