I have been coming to Frankfurt for the Frankfurt Book Fair for two years and stayed at the Hotel Ladage for the first time. Previously I stayed at a hotel chain and an Air BnB.My stay in Hotel Ladage was by far the best thing I have experienced in Frankfurt so far: quiet location (I was able to sleep with the window open), well-kept furnishings, very clean rooms, great connections (bus stops are 180m away) and very friendly owners. What was particularly nice for me and should be emphasized is the aspect that it is a family-run hotel. This means there is super friendly service because you can talk directly to the owners: I didn't book breakfast because I eat vegan and gluten-free. Ms. Schwiglewski then offered to run errands for me in the morning.I also like drinking tea and asked for hot water. I was able to have my tea brewed for free every morning, then Mr. Schwiglewski later put a kettle on the floor in addition to the kitchen appliances (there is a refrigerator, crockery and cutlery as well as a microwave, which was very pleasant). The shower and toilet are just a few meters away from the hotel rooms and are also very well maintained. There are also only a few rooms per floor, so you don't have to worry about having to wait if you want to use the shower or toilet. Each hotel room also has its own sink. There are also various shops and restaurants within walking distance. So I didn't miss anything at all.Dear Schwiglewski family, thank you for your efforts, your attention and your sincere kindness. If I am lucky enough to be able to book a place in your hotel again next year, I am already looking forward to my next stay with you.

(It feels like I'm staying with a relative who hates me.)What I felt while staying 3 nights and 4 days1. On the morning of the second day, I was told not to clean the room and even exchanged towels, so I wasn't allowed in the room, but when I went out and came back, the manual light switch was off.I felt like someone entered the room when I wasn't there.2. On the morning of the third day, I asked the male boss to change my towel, so I only collected the towel and took it with me, so I asked the male boss if I could take the towel from the open storage cabinet. The female manager comes up and says you can’t take it as you please. I just asked a question and I didn't understand why they were telling me this.3. I was about to go out, but the female bossOn the 4th day, I asked what time the check-out would be and I was told it would be at 11 and they said it was overtime. When I told Booking.com that the check-out time was 11 o'clock, the female owner emphasized that I had to check out before 11 o'clock, which made me feel bad.4. The bed was so hard that it was uncomfortable.

We booked the hotel for one night before our departure from Frankfurt. The location is in a residential area, therefore quiet, but there is no possibility to eat in the surrounding area.It is a simple hotel that is obviously mainly used by craftsmen etc. for overnight stays. Our room was simple but quite spacious as a "family room".Now for the negative things...The bathroom must have been decades old and looked accordingly! It was “supposedly” a trade fair and therefore the overnight price was €196 which was simply a disgrace! In addition there was 24€ for the so-called breakfastthat consists of an inedible coffee and a roll with jam or "halved"!! Sausage slices consisted. My conclusion...once and never again

A very cozy and pleasant family hotel in a quieter part, but you can easily get to the center quickly. The rooms are modernly furnished, literally first-class clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, the stay was simply excellent.

Nice, small, clean single room with a super comfortable bed, rather a super good mattress!!! Loving breakfast buffet. The bus to the airport leaves 200 meters away.
