Despite initial technical problems with the automatic check-in, everything was ok. The room was clean and completely sufficient for one night.Breakfast concept also OK, unfortunately there were old rolls.What bothered me the most was that the bed linen smelled like a cold room.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The check-in didn't go smoothly, but customer service was available by phone and helped immediately. Basically, I like the concept without a reception.The room was modernly furnished, but at second glance there were things here and there that detracted from the overall impression (concerning the bathroom). The room is equipped with air conditioning - you have to like it, I would have preferred heating. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available free of charge. Pets are also allowed upon request. The hotel is located in a commercial area, with its own parking lot. Everything important for daily life is within walking distance. All in all, recommended for short overnight stays, but for a longer stay/holiday I would recommend another location.

The family room is quite large and attractively furnished according to our taste. The hotel is located in a rather unsightly commercial area where a few crazy people sometimes race around, but it is not unattractive itself, has its own (enclosed) parking lot and overall makes a very clean impression. The proximity to the motorway is of course great and makes the hotel ideal for a stopover. There is no reception, but service is accessible and helpful. The online check-in works perfectly. We can therefore absolutely recommend the StepInn. We thought the idea of breakfast (the rolls are hung on the door early in the morning and the first one is already in the fridge) was pretty clever. For 3 people, 3 cutlery should also be delivered. And a third chair wouldn't be bad either. But all in all: If the opportunity arises again, we would be happy to come back! Tip: There is also a pretty good pizzeria nearby!

We stayed at the StepInn Hotel for one night due to a wedding invitation. Location was ideal for the nearby event location LaViva. Arranging the room for an earlier check-in worked perfectly. Rooms clean and quiet with free drinks (water, coffee, tea). Perfect overnight stay, therefore highly recommended.

Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. At check-in there is a special field for requests, but a common request like "vegetarian" is simply ignored. As a vegetarian, I had 1 slice of dry, old cheese and 3 slices of sausage in my breakfast box.It was OK for sleeping for one night, but overall I felt it was way too expensive for the service and the location

Booked for one night as a couple, clean, large room, air conditioning worked perfectly, enough coffee available, minibar well stocked.We didn't book breakfast, luckily. The rolls are hung on the door in the morning, cold cuts etc. would have been in the fridge. Plates and cutlery are in the room.There are restaurants and bakeries around the hotel, no problem.We can definitely recommend staying overnight in the hotel. Breakfast is nicer at the bakery around the corner.

Very pleasant accommodation. The booking process was easy over the phone. Accommodation is just right for those in transit. There are many shops and a restaurant nearby in the industrial area. Parking spaces available in front of the accommodation. Rooms very clean. Free drinks from the fridge. Everything you need is available in the bathroom. Gladly again.

Although mistakes can happen, they are very good at providing a satisfactory follow-up procedure. Their communication is quite polite and satisfaction oriented. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

I was positively and totally impressed with how clean the rooms are. The free drinks, coffee and tea machine in the room were very pleasant. Even in the bathroom I had all the utensils I needed. Thank you again at any time.

10:15 p.m. Apparently the machine is empty. There is no room card and this is the situation for several other guests who arrived after 10 p.m. So it's not an operator error! The hotline only has a voicemail. Rooms in other hotels fully booked (trade fair) or guesthouses no longer accessible. And so now, as a woman, I sleep in the car in the commercial area at night.UPDATE: the managing director at least apologized by email and blamed the whole dilemma with the mailbox on a system failure, which is said to have prevented calls from being forwarded to the cell phone.

Great hotel for one night. Centrally located on the highway, in an industrial area. The rooms are clean and quiet. Everything you need is there and a stocked minibar is included.
