The heater didn't work. It was cold inside. The house is old. Everything is old.The owner got into the room without any notice, accused us for anything broken, charged us for an irreasonable amount, and didn't refund 100 deposit.The local police was here for this and we made a record report.NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I advise you not to book. If you think you are not a foreigner, you will be blackmailed. If you break into the room of a guest without notice, you will have to check things. If you break something, you will have to pass it on to the consumer. No wonder you need to collect a cash deposit. I just want to find a reason not to withdraw from you, so boycott it.

This is a scam B&B. Don’t come here. At first, he said he had lived in an Asian country and could speak Chinese. He pretended to be enthusiastic and then charged a deposit of 100 euros upon check-in.When I was about to check out, I suddenly told you that the room was damaged and then asked us to pay compensation. We said we were going to call the police. We just waited for them to not call and not refund the deposit.Breaking into the room without notice, not tidying up or replenishing things, but secretly turning off the lights, opening doors randomly, and then claiming that the things were damaged and asking the tenant to pay for it.You also put your name randomly on the booking website to deceive people. Do not check in at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this guest house and I couldn't be more impressed. The location is fantastic, with close proximity to the bus and train stations, making travel incredibly convenient. It's just a short walk to town and offers quick access to the Messe, which is ideal for business travellers. An extra surprise was the leafy courtyard great to relax in the evening or take breakfast in the morning.Karl, my gracious host, was absolutely spot on. His extensive local knowledge ensured that I knew exactly where everything was and how to get there. He went above and beyond to arrange whatever was required, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable.Whether you're a business traveller or visiting with family or a group of friends you'll be well taken care of here. The apartment is very close to Lake Constance and the Old Town, within a few minutes' walk. There is also a train station supermarket nearby, making life very convenient. The facilities in the house are relatively complete, and you can cook Chinese food by yourself. I have lived here for a few months. The landlord will help change the bedding regularly and treat me to several delicious meals. The landlady’s cooking skills are very good👍 The landlord’s Chinese is also good

I have been very happy for a month and a half. The house is fully equipped and the transportation is very convenient. It is only about 100 meters away from Lake Constance. Parking is available. The landlord is also very enthusiastic and has no problem communicating in Chinese. He also invited us to have a dinner together. It is highly recommended!

The house is close to the train station and bus station, and the transportation is convenient. It is also very close to Lake Constance. You can walk to the lake for less than 5 minutes after get off work. The room is clean and tidy, and all kitchen utensils are available. It’s not very convenient to stir-fry, but it’s very convenient to fry steak and cook noodles. When I checked out today, the boss gave me a beautiful gift. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Hafen, I will consider staying here again.

Great location, everything important is there and working, and a great hostThe small Pia apartment in Friedrichshafen was my "base" for three days for away appointments in FN. The apartment is a spacious one-room apartment with a complete kitchenette (including a dishwasher, thank you for that). It's not brand new, but everything works. And the landlord is incredibly accommodating. An example? There is a Tchibo Cafissimo machine in the apartment - and of course there are capsules for it too. That alone is worth a lot. It's the same with everyday needs. Sugar? Available. Sweetener? As well. You'll find water and beer in the fridge when you check in, so you don't have to go shopping straight away (tip: there's a decent Rewe market right next to the train station, around 400 m away). And there aren't just two pieces of anything, because it's a two-person apartment. The amount is enough that you don't have to rinse every day.Since the apartment is not directly on the street, the landlord has placed a seating area outside for relaxing and a table/bench combination for eating between oleanders, trees and bushes. Great and very pleasant, especially this summer.If you arrive by car, you can book a permanent parking space in advance - worth its weight in gold in Friedrichshafen.The street on which the apartment is located is not the prettiest, but you can be in the pedestrian zone or by the lake in three minutes. That outweighs everything. Despite the city center, it was so quiet in the morning that you didn't wake up until the first bus.So if you are looking for a large, well-functioning apartment near the lake or the city, you should take a look at Pia. The only thing that is not included in the price is a lake view.

They invited us to dinner at Carli's Base Camp, which is a sensational bunker with stylized decor, not to mention that the dinner was excellent, especially Mrs. Ege's potato salad (a special family recipe). In addition to the bunker space, the house also has a wonderful garden, with a huge pine tree that perfumed the house with a refreshing aroma whenever we opened the windows. The house had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to cleaning items. The apartment is very well located, close to shops and restaurants, as well as being approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Lake Constance, which my wife and I enjoy a lot on the weekends.We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it.##############My wife and I recently moved to Germany. We are a couple from Buenos Aires, Argentina and we visited Haus Pia during our stay in Friedrichshafen. Karl, its owner, had visited Buenos Aires years ago, so before arriving at the hotel we had a topic of conversation. He welcomed us in the best way and we had dinner together the first night and met his beautiful family. He always treated us warmly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel has an unbeatable location and the room is very comfortable. It had a refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen. First class attention. Totally recommended, don't hesitate to go!
