We were traveling by bike and were looking for somewhere to stay for one night. The room was small, but OK and clean, the bathroom was very good. Unfortunately the pillows were lumpy and as such unusable. The designated bicycle room was not weatherproof. During the thunderstorm we experienced, the bikes and trailers were wet because the bike room only consists of leaky wooden cladding.The surroundings also don't offer the charm of a holiday apartment. Business apartment is better.Conclusion: Good for a single night, but not recommended as a holiday apartment. Self check-in very pleasant.

We stayed in Apartment 02 and were very satisfied. The parking spaces are assigned so there is no searching. The rooms are very clean and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are comfortable. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress and is very large. Definitely enough for two people. In Überlingen you can reach Lake Constance in 20 minutes by car, making it ideal for excursions to Lake Constance. The only catch is that there is no cell phone reception locally or in almost the entire village. The WiFi is enough to google and communicate on WhatsApp, but you shouldn't expect anything more. We were very satisfied with our stay

We got a completely different room, like in the pictures. The room is in the annex and not in the type and shape shown in the pictures.

Clean and spacious rooms.Everything clean. Bed linen, towels and tea towels available.Sofa bed mattress was pretty sagging.The smoking terrace is only accessible from the outside. It's too closed inside.

Some of the apartments are huge, clean and modern, at an unbeatable price. Compliment! The only downside: dusty ventilation grilles in the bathroom... but otherwise, perfect location.

Needed an overnight stay with a dog at short notice. It worked without any problems after registration. Everything is super clean, the bathroom is high quality and clean. Stayed in room S1. Was very spacious. Any time.

It was ideal for one night while in transit. Practical check-in via sent code and key safe at the front door.Facilities: One-room apartment with shower room and kitchenette. For 2 to 4 people. (double bed and pull-out sofa)Self-catering is possible, there is a supermarket in town, which closes early on weekends.Diagonally opposite is the Gasthaus Adler with home-style cuisine at fair prices.Worth seeing on site:- Very pretty church in town.

The good thing about the hotel is the peace and quiet and that you can check in yourself at any time. The rooms are large and quite well equipped. Everything is designed for self-sufficiency.The disadvantage was the beds. My goodness, how they creak and squeak. Sleeping was out of the question.

A good thing. Due to technical problems we got an upgrade.👍However, the apartment had a very, very strong smell. I don't know whether it was the color of the wall or the smell of tobacco. Very unpleasant!There is a supermarket nearby. Restaurants don't.

Very well-kept, modern rooms, polite manager/house owner to be recommended for a longer period of time, natural area with natural swimming pool and landscape nearby. Had a car breakdown and was driven for an hour by the house owner herself

A very good service, clean rooms and very friendly staff!The apartments are well equipped with a kitchen and all the accessories you need in everyday life.Top price performance. Ms. Hehl can always be reached by phone and is very friendly.Special requests are also happy to be fulfilled, subject to availability. We always enjoy coming here and look forward to the next time.Self-check-in is also a big advantage with a code sent to you in advance and you can go straight into the room yourself. All important information is written out.10-15 minutes by car to Lake Constance. Cheaper than being right on the lake and still very central by car. Highly recommended with children.
